Christina Lee is the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm 360º Coach Training, LLC. She has a wealth of experience in corporate, non-profit management, fundraising and development. Prior to leaving corporate America she served as District Director for Junior Achievement of the Bay Area and was responsible for supporting the organization in its annual 3.5-million-dollar operating budget through corporate and individual giving and managed a district advisory board of C-Suite Executives. She's a Certified Master for the The Leadership Challenge, MBTI Certification, Prosci Change Management practitioner, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Christina is a native of Oakland, California, has a wonderful husband of more thirty-five years, six adult children and one grandson. She’s a national speaker, teacher, executive coach, and formerly served as Chaplain to NFL families through the Professional Football Players Mothers Association. Christina loves to read in her spare time.

Dr. Yvette Hall is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm 360º Coach Training, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a MBA in Marketing and General Management from The Stephen A. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Yvette also holds a certification as Executive Life Coach from Dream Releaser Coaching and Coach Trainer Certification from Lifeforming Leadership Coaching.

She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has had a successful 20-year career in marketing, sales and business development, working in senior management for several Fortune 100 companies.

She taught at the collegiate level for nearly ten years at Johnson C. Smith University where she also served as Department Chair for the Business and Economics Department for several years. She has a wealth of knowledge in adult learning and completed her Ph.D. in Marketing at Hampton University in May of 2023.
