With over 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Ivy currently works for a major healthcare organization in the Carolinas. Holding a Bachelor’s in English from Florida A&M University and a Master’s in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, Ivy has made significant contributions to healthcare and education.

As the author of Daddy Issues, Ivy shares her deeply personal journey of how an estranged relationship with her father affected her romantic relationships and the transformative healing process that followed. This work reflects her commitment to healing, self-growth, and empowerment.

Driven by a passion to support women on their healing journeys, Ivy launched The Powder Room Podcast, where she encourages women to flourish in all aspects of life. Outside of her professional and creative endeavors, she enjoys watching tennis, playing pickleball, and attending live music events.
