Manifestation Blocks: Why Your Mindset Work Isn’t Working with Dr. Victoria Rader
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
EP 51. You've been journaling, meditating, visualizing, repeating affirmations, and yet your manifestations aren't coming. Sound familiar? I am joined by Dr. Victoria Rader, PhD in Metaphysical Science, founder of Yu2Shine, and a pioneer behind Quantum Personal Development, to break down why manifestation stalls and what could be happening under the surface that blocks us from getting what we want.
Victoria unpacks why most people are unknowingly trying to manifest things they don't actually want, and how self-worth is the silent force either fueling or sabotaging everything you're trying to create. Whether you're stuck in a loop, craving a deeper sense of groundedness, or ready to stop chasing external validation and finally feel worthy from the inside out, this conversation is for you.
In this Episode:
- The real reason your manifestations aren't working
- A 4-part system for getting radically clear on what you actually want
- How grounding and gratitude work together when you’re trying to create change
- A simple grounding practice you can use when you feel anxious or emotionally overloaded
- Why limiting beliefs are not “blocks,” but clues that can lead to deeper healing
- The famous self-help quote almost everyone gets wrong, and how fixing it changes the way you manifest
- A practical way to shift your beliefs before your subconscious rejects them
- The 3 laws of self-worth and why this is the foundation to true expansion

Very often a person is so stuck on manifesting something and they're like, it's not working. When it's not working, one of the two questions to ask is, This is well done. A space where we explore the mind skin connection, living in alignment, and what it actually means to live well and look your best. I am your host Kat, a beauty industry insider, mom of twins, and someone who suffered from severe eczema before realizing that true beauty is an inside job. We don't talk about surface level quick fixes here. This is about real insight, practical tools, and learning how to listen to your body. Let's go.
Dr. Victoria RaderHi, and welcome back to Well Done. I'm your host Kat, and I am so excited to share today's episode. It's a topic that I think many of us are curious about, or we have some sort of understanding around. We may think that manifestation is nothing more than visualization, turning our thoughts into things, or meditating daily and being cautious about our energy. And sure, it is all of those things, but you could be doing everything, right? You could be reading all the books, doing the mindset work, listening to the podcasts, and yet things aren't really clicking. So why is that? My guest today is Dr. Victoria Rader. She is the founder of Yu2Shine. She's a bestselling author, and she's also a pioneer in something called quantum personal development. So today's episode, we are going to discuss Victoria's fascinating life story from growing up in the former Soviet Union to immigrating to the US to become one of the top 1% real estate agents, to building a multi-million dollar business rooted really in energy, self-worth, letting go of subconscious limiting beliefs, and personal transformation. And then we get into the process, or rather maybe it's the art of manifestation and why you can be doing all the right things, like I said, but your manifestations don't come. And as you'll hear from this episode, manifestation isn't just about visualizing the thing you want and then waiting for it to arrive, there are so many different aspects we need to pay attention to that Influence whether we are actually able to bring what we want into existence, and I really want you to listen through to the end because Victoria shares a closing reframe that is really a beautiful reminder for anyone who is trying to grow, expand, heal, build something, or become the next version of themselves. All right. Here's my conversation with Dr. Victoria Rader
KatHi, and welcome back to Well Done. I am joined by Victoria Rader. Who holds a PhD in Metaphysical Science. And today we are going to dig into how to reframe how we think about energy, self-worth, limiting beliefs, and freedom. Welcome Victoria to the show.
Dr. Victoria RaderThank you so much. Thanks for having me.
KatI know that you grew up in the Ukraine, you immigrated to the US and then you became a top 1% real estate agent, and now you're the owner of this multimillion dollar business. So, I know that's a lot to like, go through your history, but give us the turning points in your life that really led you to, today.
Dr. Victoria RaderYou know, I think that, it all makes sense looking back for all of us. And the beautiful thing for me is that, I'm not at the point of looking back over all of it, but every decade it makes more and more sense. And so I grew up in the form of Soviet Union where there was. Luxury, and I mean it, it's not as skeptical, but there was a luxury of lack of freedom externally. Now I look back on it and understand how important it was. So when you have no choices, like in school, I didn't choose my subjects. I had to take. All of them you didn't choose in high school, which science to take? You took all of them. You know, in sports I was petite and so I didn't choose my sport. My beautiful country and party put me into rhythmic gymnastics and there I was not eating enough calories that, heaven forbid I did not, you know, look good with my little ribbon. so when you are so stripped of choices. You either collapse and a lot of people have and become robotic, or all of a sudden you discover the luxury of the inner world, and I call it your sacred secret space, A place that is untouchable by the environment if you protect it and guarded. looking back, I understand that the environment, in my case was an inspiration. Of my soul journey of becoming who I've come to be because I would mechanically do things I was supposed to do, expected to do, and yet the inner world was completely guarded. And in that inner world I was dreaming of traveling the world. While you couldn't leave Soviet Union without an exit visa. You know, we know of entry visa into some countries, but the Soviet Union would not let you out without an exit visa. And so theoretically, logically, practically, there wasn't a way to do so. And as we're having this conversation with over 50 countries, not only visited, but spoken at and having done seminars at, you look back and you say. Wow, isn't that amazing? So going to bed as a kid, seeing myself on the Great Wall of China, and then 20 years later standing on it and remembering the same feeling, I became unconsciously conscious in the practices that I'm decoding backwards now. That's probably what's coming in very loudly for me right now.
Kathow did you discover the practices, and then how did you strengthen them? you've had some very well-known mentors like Bob Proctor How did you get into that? Specifically more of the, technical side or the practice of it?
Dr. Victoria RaderWhen I first came to the us you know, I was, I got married, I had two kids, and I wanted to start homeschooling them and I took'em to Greece in 2006 for an amazing three week. When I came back, my husband sat me down gently and he said, this is great that in the in Ukraine, at that point we didn't have credit cards. So if you didn't have the money, you didn't. Do what you needed to do. And he goes, this plastic card that you've been swiping, you now put us into debt. So it all started with me saying, oh, okay, we're in debt. So I went ahead and literally looked on Google what is the fastest way to make money in America while homeschooling? And this was 2006 going into 2007. The real estate was just hotter than hot. So I got into real estate just as a mom who wanted to provide. For her kids.'cause I knew I was gonna travel with them. This was the only way to homeschool'em at that point. I got in real estate and when the market started crashing, just as I entered people were running out of the market and I haven't formed a bad. Skills yet. So I got a coach immediately and I started working with a coach and by 2009 that's you've mentioned, it became a top 1% of the agents. And then I started looking and trying to figure out what was I doing unconsciously. That these people, some of them were smarter, some of them were more hardworking. I think most were more hardworking.'cause I chose not to work on Sunday. I'll never forget telling my broker, I will not do open homes on Sunday. It's my Sabbath personally. And he goes, well, you can't survive in this market. And I said, well, statistically speaking, when everybody does them on Sunday, if I do mine on Friday and Saturday, I don't compete with other open houses. Within two years, our brokerage was doing them. Only on Friday and Saturday and all our
KatWow.
Dr. Victoria Raderwere resting on Sunday and so this is just one little example. So the answer is, I was so deeply ingrained in my values that I look for anything that supported and expanded them, not limited them. I understood that there was more than the conscious habits, that a lot of what I was doing were deep subconscious patterns, and this is when I got into the study of subconscious and then I, became the one of the founding partners for John Maxwell coaching program. And at that program, somebody mentioned Bob Proctor, that he was working with subconscious. So I flew out to one of Bob's programs and it was called Matrix. And I asked him to mentor me and he said, I don't do individual mentoring anymore. And I said, well, what would it take? For you to mentor me. And so Bob and I had a very powerful short engagement and he he was very key in that because he taught me about six mental faculties, which nobody talked about. he talked that you perceive the world with five senses, you know, touch, smell, see taste hear, but you create the world with six mental faculties. And he had him starting with imagination. Imagination, reason, memory, intuition. I looked at them and over the last two and a half decades, they took a different form because I've learned, and Bob agreed that you've got to start the creation of the world with the first one, which is perception. so we can talk about mental faculties if it's of interest, but it was Bob first who got me into mental faculties and John Maxwell who got me into thinking in terms of laws. And I've discovered that I had ability to understand channel and uh, teach on universal laws that later in life, probably a decade ago, I understood that there were sets of laws that opened each one of the mental faculties, and that became our juicy, incredible, transformative program where. We guide people of learning how to work with the laws as opposed to push against them.'cause whether you know that it exists or not, just like gravity, it works either for you or against you. then miraculously, the side effect, the good side effect, the consequence is that you activate your mental faculties and it becomes a journey of creating a reality. It's not a 1, 2, 3, manifest a car that is kind of cool, but really isn't why we're here. It's,
KatLet's talk about that, because I think most people think manifestation is think about it, visualize it, try to believe that it's going to happen, and then it'll happen. Right? So what are some of those missing pieces that we may not be aware of that are at play and that, how would you teach it? Or how would, yeah, how would you approach it?
Dr. Victoria Raderin all of our work, we refer to each one of us as I am me, you know, saying me and spelling me as little M and big E and little M is the Mortal Matter. That manifests materially. We all have it. For those people that haven't pooped or peed in five years, they're the exception. Other than that, if you're eating, pooping and peeing, you have mortal matter that manifests materially and it is very loud. The voice of your M, of your mortal matter is very loud. It keeps all of your subconscious limiting beliefs'cause its job is for you to survive. And so you'll have to learn to manifest. Practically for that part of you. And then there is a big E of you and mE, which is you. Eternal energy and the essence of expansion. And that voice is much calmer, much more subtle, and it came to expand and create. So we manifest practical and we expand and align spiritual. If these two on misalignment, they sabotage each other. So what do I mean by that? Very often a person is so stuck on manifesting something and they're like, it's not working. when it's not working, one of the two questions to ask is, one, is this something you really want? Or is this something you were taught to want? you are so afraid that what you want is outta reach. That you are pretending that you want it because that eternal energy, that higher self, however you call it, will sabotage it and you will not get it. You will be stuck in the exercises. And then there's a lower level sabotage as to where you have the alignment and you are called with something greater. But that fear, you know, that comes from the physical memory that blocks you. And so there are two very different ways of manifesting. And as you master them in parallel, you go back and forth and you understand which one you are playing with right now. So for your material manifestation works like a charm. And I'll give you a full system and real quick so you can pause, write it down First you need to understand what it is that you really want. Most people will not manifest once again because they're pretending or not clear. So it's four questions. First question is, what is it that I want? And you write down anything and everything as unreasonable as it is. For example, I want to eat all ice cream and be 126 pounds. Don't you want it? I mean, if you are not honest enough with yourself, so write everything that you want with zero shame, because the energy of shame prevents us from manifestation. And if we are not honest about what we want, we're not talking logistics. We're not talking practicality, everything that you want, you write down the longest list. You start with three to five minutes nice music. You wrote down question one. What do I want the second question? And you cannot bypass them because they'd open different levels of subconscious. The second question is, what is it that I really want? we're getting deeper. We're going to the next level of subconscious, so we write down what is it I really want? The third question is, what outcomes do I want? What do I mean by that? Two people can want a new car. It's not the car that they want. It's the feeling that they think they're missing now that they believe they will have. When they have that car one person, it's self-worth. And they think having a newer car will make'em appear more respected another person, it is wounded ego, and they just want a fancy car for another person. They love comfort for another person. They love style and beauty. Most people don't even know themselves enough to go to that level. So what outcome do I want? so you write down the outcomes. Then there's the fourth question, most important, and you say, what outcome do I want the most? at any point in our life there is this one feeling that we're seeking the most and all the shallow manifestations we're pretending you want, makes that feeling inaccessible. so we are pretending or we are deceiving ourselves or we are flustered. Nothing works for me. But when you get to that one feeling, this is what I really want, then you start to really manifest Before you go to bed, are going to imagine the circumstance in which you already feel that feeling. Now. Whatever that feeling is. For example, if you say, Manifesting soulmate and I want to be cared for, then when you go to bed, you will imagine as your soulmate is rubbing, your feet don't attach the face quite yet, so you are falling asleep to receiving that very feeling that you want. What it does is that it calls your subconscious mind to be at a frequency of that feeling, and it activates your reticular activating system, which is actual biological nerve conjunction at the bottom of your brain then scan the environment for anything and everything brings into your awareness through the Law of Resonant Association, things that are aligned with that feeling. So that's your evening job. You fall asleep with a smile, and then during the day, you live from that feeling the universe cannot provide for you what you're lacking. only
KatYeah.
Dr. Victoria Raderyou are.
KatThat's powerful. I think the disconnect and even for myself is that we do, we write down all the things that we want, but we, we can't figure out what the gap is, right? In my personal experience I'll say, well, yeah, I know what I wanna feel like I wanna feel joy, or I wanna feel. Happy about something, but are you saying that it needs to be, it needs to be a very specific feeling tied to that outcome. It can't just be general happiness or general feeling good.
Dr. Victoria RaderSpecific manifestation. You want a specific tie? The general feeling of joy comes from the general surrender, and this is no longer the little M. This is the big E. I don't manifest for practical, never. Not at all because I have surrendered fully. And it depends on your system of beliefs that the divine, that the source of my life, however you refer to it, God great overall designer, better. And so if I stay, two things very important at the same time, grateful and grounded. That miracles will supersede one of my manifestations. You know, it wasn't on my vision board to have my work fly to the moon. Who dreams of that? That's insane. My work is at the moon. It's hatched in the golden Pyramid, was on the first and only commercial shuttle. legacy of humanity, like that was a tender, humbling experience. And yeah, it's great for pr, but for my soul, it is just a reminder that what you are talking about, it can't be both ways. You've got to pick, are you going to be practicum manifesting for the things you desire? And I think there's room for that. I think you heal your worth by manifesting practically., You prove to yourself you're worthy to receive. but then what you are describing is a surrender. And the surrender once again, comes with two very powerful, aligned mechanisms, grounding and gratitude. Some of us are grateful, but we're ungrounded if you are not grounded. You are detached from materializing things. You've gotta be grounded. And then if you are not grateful, then you're manifesting things in a devastating way. You're manifesting them through greed or lack, and even if you have them temporarily. You will eventually lose them. You know, I say the law of gratitude is a law of appreciation, what you appreciate, appreciates and grows in value. So hopefully that answers your question. It's not that it's incorrect, it's just a different path of manifestation.
KatSo gratitude and groundedness. Explain what grounded means. What does feeling grounded or being grounded actually mean in practice?
Dr. Victoria RaderSo these signs, sometimes it's easier for us to notice that we were ungrounded than to know that we are simply because, and I'll tell you why. Because as kids we were trained through, no, not through. Yes. When we were doing good things, we didn't receive as much of, yes, this is good, but when we were doing something wrong, we received, no, this is bad. And so most of us learn. Through the receptors we've created. So you know that you are ungrounded if you're anxious. If you're anxious, you're not grounded. If your mind is scattered, you are not grounded. If you are struggling financially over and over again, you are not grounded'cause that's a root chakra. That's the financial stability chakra. When you feel anger or outbursts or feeling dismissed. You are not grounded. So there are signs of not being grounded for somebody who's not quote unquote trained in knowing their energy field. those patterns are, if you are overwhelmed, you are not grounded because grounding very much like in electricity, right? If the home is not grounded, if this doesn't have electrical. Cords standing up for the lightning to hit. The lightning will hit the house and the house will shatter and be destroyed. if there is a grounding cord, then the lightning hits that and it, the electricity goes all the way into the ground. We are electromagnetic beings, We do electrocardiogram. is it electric?'cause I'm electromagnetic being, we do electroencephalogram and we, we use electricity because we are electrical beings and so we ground through literally imagining when you've never done energy work. Yes, we, there are levels of grounding and levels of masteries. There are always, but for somebody who's brand new in it, just putting both feet on the ground. And even if you are laying down and you are paralyzed and you cannot stand. If you could put your feet on the bed, that's plenty grounding. We've had clients who were very concerned about that. If your feet are touching the flat surface, you can start imagining that there is this flow of light or energy that goes through you and then goes all the way down to the middle of the earth like that deep. And as I'm speaking, anybody who's listening, I'm witnessing for your body to be going down, down, down, down, and heavier grounding. Some of us have found our lower backs. Lower back pain is a sign of being ungrounded, so feeling as you're getting heavier and imagining, there are almost roots going into the ground, and the purpose of grounding is to know that you are fully supported by all of existence, opposite of grounding is that the odds are never in your favor. You're fully challenged. So the more you ground, the more supported and safe you feel. Another exercise that's very powerful is that to when you're going through anxiety or panic attack, is to lay on the ground, close your eyes, and imagine that you're falling through space until you safely fall on the ground gently. And feel so supported there. so that is for somebody who's, who's often in that space, that's very helpful.
Katour listener is somebody who's often in that space, someone who has so many things going on in her life that she doesn't do these practices as often as maybe she could. And so this is really useful to have something that's quick. I did wanna talk about limiting beliefs because this is also something that holds people back, but this seems to, as we're talking, to only be one aspect of. Why something hasn't happened for you. It's not just the limiting beliefs, as I'm hearing, it's all these other things. But let's talk about limiting beliefs and, and what is your approach to that when you're coaching,
Dr. Victoria RaderVery first step is we talked about grounding and gratitude. The very first step is to be genuinely grateful for. Every limitation you discover, otherwise they hide. And why are you to be genuinely grateful? Because at some point in your life or in your ancestors' life, that belief was responsible for their survival and your breathing today because of that belief. the most powerful. thing I can share that people, it is not an obstacle. It is not a block. is a stepping stone without which you would not be moving up. So once you understand that and you start accepting those limitations as stepping stones, you have a whole new level of self-compassion. And they don't hide as much because they're parts of us that are tired of being judged. We are our harshest critic. And you know, it's like finding yet another part of you to be like, oh, I found something else that's wrong with me. You know? And then, and so then, and then the deepest wounds and the deepest limiting beliefs then are like, yeah, whatever. If you can't deal with this, I'm not showing you this. So that's the first step. You make it safe for you to discover how do they work? In a quantum, mechanical level, every thought pattern that forms is an electro, is an electrical circuit. Every time you form a thought, there is an electrical circuit that is formed, and as that circuit travels back and forth, it becomes a highway, the more it is used, the wider the circuit. And so when you want to shift that circuit, you will want to collapse it and replace it with something that is immediately available. So what I call is bridging beliefs. You cannot go from, I am broke to, I'm thriving without every sabotaging pattern inside you. If you are vibrating on, I am broke, and I'm afraid there's never enough. You want to shift beliefs in a gentle, yet powerful path of probability, which is what if it were possible for me to no longer be broken, and what if it were probable for me to find a way to thrive? It is probable for me. I am thriving. just a simple example. And when you do it in that way and when you reprogram, there are obviously different, different methodologies that we used to reprogram the brain. Our coaches do a lot of our own free me, EFT, which is the traditional EFT, but we've developed it for women because traditionally EFT was not working for a lot of women. It was developed with powerful male energy. But anyway, so when we collapse this circuit of a limiting belief, we want to replace it. With a very steady, gentle, and powerful belief system that will not be sabotaged because once again, if you are coming from abuse and you have a subconscious three generations back belief that is still vibrating through you, man cannot be trusted. You cannot just go like, I can trust all men. That's just not gonna happen know?
KatYeah.
Dr. Victoria Raderof the faculty of reason. We talk of six mental faculties. One of those faculties is reason. So what's unreasonable will not get reprogrammed.
KatRight. You mentioned, so traditional EFT doesn't work for women. Why is that?
Dr. Victoria RaderSo it work. I shouldn't say it doesn't work for women. For
KatI.
Dr. Victoria Raderwomen it'll work beautifully. Those women are more operated by masculine energy and that's perfect. That's how they're wired. So for any man or woman who's operating as a dominant masculine energy, which purges and let's go, it's really great. But feminine energy is there to replace, replenish and thrive. And so the balance between the two with. EFT, we purge and release the block with free me EFT we then Affirm and reprogram the new frequency because universe abhors vacuum. So if you release overwhelm and if you haven't affirmed in peace and calmness and stability, that overwhelm will shift to, tiredness or it'll shift to the next available frequency. So it's, it's very much the same flow once you release. Replace, don't leave it empty.'cause if you leave it empty, anything that is in a vicinity is welcome to replace it. And you become a product of environment, which we don't want to become.
KatOkay, that makes sense. I know that when we first chatted, you mentioned a quote around James Allen and that people know this quote, as a man thinketh, but that it's actually often misquoted. I wanna talk about that'cause I think this is related to our conversation right now around like what you really, what you really want and manifestation.
Dr. Victoria Radereven more so,'cause we talked of the masculine feminine energies. And both are very important and it's beautiful when they're in balance in each one of us, right? And so the the name of the book as A Man Thinketh that gave rise to all of the mental programming and mind over matter, which by the way is true. Mind is over matter, but it's misquoted because it comes from Solomon's prophet Solomon, who still would be the richest man, by the way, if richer than Musk. we were to compare the notes on the two, his quote was, as a man thinketh in his heart, so James Allen dumped the heart. And the original personal development dumped the heart, it became all in your brain. The irony that the science now discovers that there are more receptors in your heart that trigger thinking in your head than the other way around, that the feelings in your heart and trigger the thoughts in your head.. So in quantum personal development, which we launched, it is heart over mind, over matter because that is the true path. And so if you're disconnected from your heart, if your heart is broken, if it is numb, it is very difficult be able to have passion for manifesting with your head. It's like you're
KatYeah.
Dr. Victoria Rader'cause you should not'cause it brings you joy. But when you reconnect and heal the heart center in your heart. Then you manifest because it is fun, it is curious, it is playful, and it is loving.
KatHow does somebody reconnect with their heart? If somebody is closed off or who has not gone through the exercise to, to really kind of go beyond the surface level, I guess more the ego-driven manifestations, right? How does somebody reconnect then to themselves their heart?
Dr. Victoria RaderI think once again, you know, short of the actual technique or meditation, the easiest way to place both hands on your heart and close your eyes and feel the heartbeat. Just feel the heartbeat. You're like actually connecting to the heart organ, and with every heartbeat. you can go back year in your life and send love to yourself. It's very emotional exercise all the way to you as a baby in the womb and to your first heartbeat. Because all you've ever wanted from you is acceptance and love, and that's why the heart shuts down. And so that's a very simple, practical way of just being like, and then if you have a wave of emotion, you can go to your heart and say, I just, just send love to, send love, and continually be doing that.
KatThat's really beautiful what you said that all we've ever wanted was acceptance and love. I think we forget that, that's why we, we do the things that we do. We try to succeed or we try to, earn our, worth. But that actually is a good segue into, I know that you have a more recent journal that you released. It's The Worthy Me Journal. What inspired you to write that one or to create that
Dr. Victoria RaderYou know, I, I thought I had it I was I was going to show you, but I don't. actually the timing of this is really good, Kat, because I just got back from Italy. I did a TEDx, and the TEDx talk that just released was called Three Laws to Quantum Leap Your Worth. and so the answer to that question with the Worthy Me Journal and with the talk is that this is the first year that I've stepped away from individual sessions and I'm working with audiences and with groups while my coaches continue individual sessions, I've done it after over 15,000 individual sessions. a lot of sessions and it makes me emotional. It's a lot of sessions, a lot of connection. It's a lot of love, and I can tell you that the one thing I've learned from those sessions is that the progress you can make is palpable. But minimal until you connect a person to their infinite worth. And once a person truly heals the connection with their worth, the expansion becomes just miraculous. It's like, stand out of the way. It's the most beautiful thing. And so we launched Worthy ME journal'cause it's a 90 day practice of reconnecting with your infinite worth. And then as the feedback started coming back from the journal. The story of my TedX is, is ridiculously cool because I wrote my TedX five years ago, polished it for three years and then completely tossed it away and changed it to the one on worth because I was gonna do the laws of AI and I mean, it was just really cool as well. Maybe one day, but it was like, this is all great, but this is brain candy. The connecting to worth is the message worth sharing? The idea worth sharing. So. That's the reason why and the most tender realization for me is every product we ever do, even though it comes from experience, I then block the time to go through myself and, it was very humbling for me to do the 90 days and be like, oh, wow, who knew? Who knew that after all this time there was so much healing needed and the joy. And that'll be probably a journal that I'll do every year in the beginning of the year.
KatWow. I'll have to try that. But what, what are the laws, if you can share a little bit on what are the laws of self-worth?
Dr. Victoria Raderbeautiful. So there three, there are three basic laws for worth. The first one is. The worth is ever present. And it's not just a word. The worth is ever present. We have tied it. You know what if you are in the kitchen, you need to put the knife down right now and do this exercise. chopping. Stop chopping the salad. We know we're just
KatYeah, everybody stop.
Dr. Victoria Raderchopping the salad. So the question becomes is if you've set a goal and you've done the necessary steps and you did it, raise your right hand. And that's like everybody.'cause even, you know, doing anything, it's right hand. And I call it, I'm all right hand. I did all right. I am all right. Everything is right. In my world, this is my right hand. But then isn't it also true that all of us have set a goal? I have done all, we knew how and there was nothing left to do and we didn't get a certain goal, right? It's a nothing left. So the left hand is your nothing left to do, nothing left to change goal. so the recipe for the law of presence is that do you know that you are all right? You can put your right hand on your heart even with nothing left and the left hand on the heart. So the worth is present. It tells you, you are all right with nothing left, nothing left. If you were stripped of all your accomplishments, of all your accolades, of all your money, all your possessions, if you know you're still all right, then you're connected with your worth, which is why so many people we admire. Live life of complete freedom and prosperity'cause they've all been there. Joe Vitale, dear friend and mentor, Jack Canfield, dear friend and mentor, Oprah Homeless. Three for three., And all of a sudden at that point, they realized they were all right with nothing left. So the first one is presence, because when you not afraid. to have nothing left. You reclaim freedom at a whole new level. You then have nobody left to please, nobody left to seek permission from, and you literally have nothing left to stop you. So that's, that's the first law. second law is the law of forgiveness, because what blocks us is the lack of forgiveness. And I say. If something happened to you that feels robbed your worth. The phrase that I use is very simple. Is that what happened to you or caused by you did not make you unworthy. It was unworthy of you. There is so much freedom in that lot of our addicts, once they hear that freedom, start forgiving themselves because up till then with every drink or every drug or every wrongdoing, felt their worth was robbed. No, those choices were unworthy of them. It's very powerful, and so the word forgiving in English is forgiving. It's for giving away that which is unworthy of you. And for giving space to dream, to love, to joy, and to freedom. That's what forgiving is. It's not absolving. We cannot absolve somebody from the consequence of their choices. It's between them and the circumstances, and the third one of course is the law of prism. So we claim our worth through knowing it's ever present. We free it continually through forgiveness. And in a TEDx, I do a very powerful exercise. So you guys need to listen to my TEDx. I need views
KatYes. I'll link it in the show notes
Dr. Victoria RaderI'm really joking. But there is an exercise of writing a letter to yourself from the person that harmed you.'cause our subconscious needs to hear and be asked for forgiveness until it is, it won't be released fully. So that's very important. And then the third one is we expand our worth continually by seeing and reflecting worth in others. And I share a very powerful story of a little boy in India that started me on that journey.
KatThat's really powerful. With forgiving, you mentioned it's really forgiving yourself, Like you can forgive others, but there's so much blame that we put on ourselves day to day. Not even just like the big things, like the addictions or, you know, but little things like, why did I say that? Why did I do that? Why did I behave in that way?
Dr. Victoria Raderthat's addiction to guilt. It's still an addiction. We're just
KatOh, I.
Dr. Victoria Raderto guilt tripping ourselves than any addiction there is.
KatYeah, that's an interesting reframe. Wow. What about for the people who have been through loss? And that is guilt too because you feel like you didn't spend enough time with the person or, oh gosh, I'm getting emotional.
Dr. Victoria RaderYou know it's grief. I'm gonna pull this up for us and we are gonna have a really magical moment here, I think. One of our products is called Empower Dash Me App. Created it for myself because in 2013 I lost 11 people, not at the same time and not for the same cause, but every month there was news of a family member, which I lost for that year, a client or a close friend, and it was was the darkest year of my life, which by the way, is the year when I founded my company Yu2Shine I Wow. Discovered light in that year. And so during that year and then later working with people with grief, we discovered there were 90 aspects of grief, 90. and guilt is one of those 90. So in the app, we built an intuitive app. It has many different aspects, but there is a my grief aspect. So we're gonna tune into this family. We are gonna click on, I'm gonna show you so you can see there is my grief. I'm gonna click on my grief. And we're going to shake the phone. It's my favorite part. We built it before AI could do it for us. So, and the phone. And the phone, you can see, of course, it's the heart. It tunes into the energy of the conversation and it's gonna pop up with one aspect that we need to release and what comes in is feeling immense pain. Like you wouldn't think of pain as aspect of grief, but it is. That's why so much pain is not explained by traditional medicine. It's grief stored in the body. And so first you validate, not affirm, you validate what is, which is I feel pain all over. Then you visualize. So for somebody will hear will have had a beautiful instantaneous healing today, which is so cool. So with your eyes closed. Imagine as if you're surrounded by blue cooling energy. Imagine pain leaving your body, your heart, and your energy, and dissolving into this blue colored energy. Feel the cooling sensation all over then affirm with your hand on your heart. I'm releasing my pain. I'm now healing. I am hopeful. I am me. So with every pain release, with every grief aspect release, you are opening capacity for deeper joy because both pain and joy stored in our lungs and they control our breathing patterns and how we experience life.
KatWow. That was really, that was really nice. Thank you.
Dr. Victoria RaderWelcome
KatI think I needed that. I do wanna talk a little bit about you appeared in Dr. Joe Vitale's documentary Zero Limits. Can we talk a little bit about some of the principles in that in that documentary and, how that came to be your appearance in the movie.
Dr. Victoria RaderSo it was really a great thing because. my marketing director calls me, I'm like in Denver at a Super Bowl party with friends, and she calls me and she's like, Joe Vitale's recommending your book. And I swear, I'm like, Joe, who? She's like the guy from The Secret. I'm like, the guy from The Secret. Well, now when I saw him, I recognized him, but it was like, so he apparently heard Jack Canfield talk about my book. And so he, you know, read the book and he recommended it. And then he sent me a little message that I loved your book, you know, is there anything I can do for you? And I said, well, sure, I'd love to meet you. I mean, would love to meet you. And he says, well, I'll tell you what. How about I interview you for my TV show? And he interviewed me for the TV show and then the segment was over and we just talked and talked for, for longest time. He, of course, popularized Ho’oponopono. And what I did with Ho’oponopono what I do with some other things is that gave it, a very practical implementation, like helping people understand how it works. And so, and that's when he said that he was doing a movie on healing, on instantaneous healing and on And one of the most sacred experiences in my life was, lemme get emotional every time was to understand that one of the many reasons why I had to have all these skills was because my nephew was born with five heart conditions. everything I've ever believed known. We not only avoided his surgery, he was scheduled for within 24 hours of his birth. We've avoided every single surgery and within a year, all five conditions were healed and his file has medical miracle stamp on it. Right? And so I was invited into the movie to just, mentioned the story and it was very tender'cause my sister-in-law was there. I invited them. So I felt it was very important to do that. So that's the story of the Zero Limits, and it's a fantastic movie. Some people, most people don't know that when you watch Zero Limits, what you don't know is that there are also binaural subliminal beats that you don't hear, but that heal you. And that is just something that Patryk Wezowski and Kasia who are the producers that have done simply to-do for people and kept it you know, for, for discoveries like this one, because what we'll hear people, they'll say, just feel like turning the movie on and having it in the background sometimes. And one of the reasons why is because the movie is healing by itself, not just the content of the movie, but the movie itself is healing. So.
KatWow, that's so interesting. So I don't know if I told you this when we first chatted, but part of the reason why I started this podcast is because I went through my own healing journey of I had full body rashes and I didn't really know why, I didn't know how to heal it. But what eventually was the missing piece was really going into more like me, like deep meditation. And I actually, I used Joe Dispenza's methods, which were really, you know, like really deep meditation and believing and almost like envisioning my full body. Going back to, to full health, was that something that you also did with your nephew? It sounds like, like some that that version of it or?
Dr. Victoria Raderwe did a combination of things. My sister-in-law was knew that there were issues about. Eight and a half seven and a half, eight months in utero. And so we started first working on genetics of that by doing sessions for her and my brother because genetically we now know we not only convey physical and mental patterns, but thought patterns right and limitations. We convey it all. then I was using immediately when he was born, I did a lot of hands-on quantum healing and quantum touch. Then, and then lean into a lot of theta healing techniques. And it's very important to also say that there was traditional, non-traditional prayers and meditations and that. of this is, this will be cool. One of the most tender visions I was given in that moment is that every time we pray for meditate, for send love to somebody, is a light signal that goes into the universe, into the blueprint of their wellness. And so every prayer matters. Every technique matters. There is no wrong way to heal. It was beautiful because only once there is enough of those light signals for the dominant frequency to, of wholeness to prevail is when wholeness prevails, unless the healing is for a person to crossover, right? Because it is a form of healing. We don't think of it as a form of healing, but crossing over is a form of healing. But if it is not divine timing, not time for a person to die. And I really believe that those two, the moment of first and last breath are preset in the flow of the quantum field, you know, as markers, but free agency fills it the way, the way we expand it from, from then on. And so, if. When you feel desperate, pray more, meditate more, send more love, because really you are shifting the fabric of creation and that dominant frequency will shift. So you know when people on Facebook say, please pray for me. Please do. Please do
KatYes. well, as we wrap up any advice for the listener who might be her head is probably spinning right now with all the information,
Dr. Victoria RaderYeah, the one thing that I often like to share is that. If this brilliant quantum field of creation, this universe your creator had better way to fill time and space that you currently occupy, be so, but it's
KatHmm.
Dr. Victoria RaderSo this very moment, just as you are, you need to realize you are the very best, best version. All of universe is capable of. Just treat yourself as that sacred awareness and enjoy your humanity. Laugh at it because when you laugh, you put your brain in a theta, and that's what changes and that's what expands. So from that would be my parting words. Just fail forward laughing, and that is probably the fastest way to feel the connection, the enlightenment, and the alignment. take it too
KatOh my gosh. That's so good.
Dr. Victoria RaderI hope you enjoyed the conversation with Victoria today. I know we covered a lot in this episode. We talked about manifestation, worth, grief, limiting beliefs, and while some of this may feel a little bit abstract, I think there were some really practical takeaways, especially for anyone who is really trying to manifest or at least visualize a future for themselves that is different from where they are currently today. So here are my biggest takeaways from today's conversation. Number one, when manifestation feels like it isn't working, it may be worth asking whether or not you actually want the thing that you're trying to manifest, or whether it's something that you were taught to want, or you think you want it because of whatever reason. But try to get to the feeling underneath the goal, because that actually might matter more than the goal itself. Number two, your heart has to be in the manifestation process. So did you know before this episode that that phrase,"as a man thinketh," was not the full phrase? Like, I had no idea. And so much of personal development advice is really about the head, right? It's really head-led. It's really mind-based. We think the right thoughts, mind over matter, and then something should happen, or we should be able to grow and get better. But Victoria talked about having to really open up the heart as well, because if you're closed off, if you're numb, or you're avoiding emotion, it's harder to create than if you were to create from a place of joy and love, openness, and curiosity. Number three, it's important to remember that your limiting beliefs do serve a purpose. They are not proof that something's wrong with you, but really they are indicators of old protection strategies. We can become so harsh with ourselves when we discover a block or when we're really trying to, remove or let go of limiting beliefs. But Victoria's reframe is that these beliefs were there to help us survive at a certain point. Either they were to help us survive or maybe our parents or grandparents. And instead of attacking the belief, we can understand it, we can have gratitude for it, and then we can let it go and gently replace it. that brings me to the fourth takeaway, which is when you release an old pattern, make sure that you are replacing it consciously with something new. Victoria's point is that we don't wanna leave empty space after releasing something. If you clear, you know, your fear, your overwhelm, some other belief, and you don't consciously replace it with a new thought or feeling, something else will take that space, and it may not be something that you want to take that space. Lastly, worthiness is often the real block that's underneath the goal, and that's what's stopping you from manifesting what you want. Because a lot of us think that we're blocked because we don't have the right approach or the right strategy. We get really frustrated if we feel like we've done all the right things and nothing's happening. But sometimes that real expansion, what you really want, won't happen until you reconnect with your worth and also understand the fact that if you had nothing, you are still worthy. was the point that Victoria made that really hit home with me. Thanks so much for listening. Please do leave a rating or review if this episode resonated with you, or send it to a friend who may benefit from hearing today's conversation.
