In today’s episode of What the F – From Infertility Exhaustion to Peace, Tina explores the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and how it can serve as a powerful complement to your IVF journey. Ayurveda isn’t just a healing system; it’s a holistic approach that balances your body, mind, and spirit—something that’s often needed when you’re feeling overwhelmed and drained from the emotional and physical toll of IVF treatments.

Tina shares her own experience with Panchakarma, an Ayurvedic deep detox treatment, and how it helped restore balance, energy, and peace during her IVF journey. She dives into how Ayurveda can help with hormonal imbalances, reduce stress, and improve overall fertility health through simple practices like herbal remedies, self-care routines, and dietary adjustments.

However, it’s important to note that Ayurveda is a complementary practice. Before incorporating Panchakarma or other Ayurvedic treatments, always consult with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor. Do not begin these treatments during an active IVF cycle unless advised by your own fertility doctor and fertility specialists.

Tune in to find out more about Ayurveda and how it can help you restore emotional balance, reconnect with your body, and enhance your IVF journey in a holistic and supportive way.
