Hey beautiful souls, welcome back to What the F – From Infertility Exhaustion to Peace. I’m Tina, and today I'm talking about the real strain that infertility brings to your friendships.

Going through infertility can make you feel isolated, not just because of your journey, but because your friends might not fully understand what you’re experiencing. You might notice friends drifting away, saying the wrong thing, or not knowing how to support you. And that hurts sometimes deeply.
