Good Girl Gone Human
Good Girl Gone Human is an ongoing conversation that explores what it means to re-humanize ourselves. After a lifetime of trying to be seen as “good,” Holly and Kristina are diving into the idea of what it would feel like to put that label down- and embrace the whole spectrum of their humanity. This conversation leans into the big messy questions, like: what are the risks of putting the good label down? What would happen if we did accept the whole spectrum of our humanity? They look at the ways we dehumanize ourselves in the name of being good and the tools they’ve found for reclaiming those parts of ourselves we deem “bad.” There is an invitation for anyone who has felt dehumanized to join the conversation and re-humanize themselves in community.

Ep 2: Belonging to Ourselves With Others
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This week Holly and Kristina dive into one of the big risks of dropping the "good girl" label: losing belonging. They dive into the idea of belonging- how do we belong? Belong to who? As we accept the fullness of our humanity, is there a possibility for more authentic and sincere belonging? Losing the certainty they once held, they discuss navigating the loss of community that was tied to that certainty. As we learn to take responsibility for our own belonging, there is an invitation to experiment and play, looking for places to belong to next.
