thank you so much. I got diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago as a 56 year old. I was involved in Christian ministry for 27 years all the while never measuring up to my own standards or my leaders’ standards. Listening to your latest podcast about apologizing was deeply physically uncomfortable for me and I can’t really put my finger on why except maybe that it cut close to the bone. Anyway thank you. It helps on this journey of questioning the shame I’ve felt my entire Christian life for things I had no control over.
