Jess Baldenhofer, MSEd

Jess Baldenhofer is a certified parent coach, educator, and host of The Nurture Network Podcast. With over 20 years in museum education, she helped children, families, and teachers spark curiosity, think critically, and learn through exploration. But becoming a mom made her realize how overwhelming and isolating parenting can feel—especially when trying to break cycles and parent differently.

Now, through coaching and this podcast, Jess helps moms release control, manage stress, and parent with confidence, clarity, and connection. She believes parenting feels easier when we focus on relationships, not just behavior. The Nurture Network Podcast is a space for real conversations, practical tools, and community—because moms deserve to feel nurtured, too.

Drawing on her background in Human Resources and multiple coaching and wellbeing certifications, Amy believes women don't need to do more—they need the right support, systems, and community to make what they're already doing more sustainable.
