She brings deep insights into technology's dual role in exploitation and protection, while actively shaping policy in emerging tech spaces. Currently pursuing her doctorate in Public Affairs at Florida International University, Sandy researches blockchain policy, DAO governance, and AI ethics from her home base in Miami, where she never misses her daily cafecito.
