As The Parasol Cooperative's Chief Operating Officer and Head of Partnerships, she bridges the gap between technology innovation and survivor protection, developing solutions that safeguard vulnerable populations.

With extensive experience in trauma-informed care and digital safety planning, Sandy has trained thousands through workshops and presentations. She brings deep insights into technology's dual role in exploitation and protection, while actively shaping policy in emerging tech spaces. Currently pursuing her doctorate in Public Affairs at Florida International University, Sandy researches blockchain policy, DAO governance, and AI ethics from her home base in Miami, where she never misses her daily cafecito.
