Jenn Ohlinger

My name is Jenn. I am a Holistic Coach, founder of The Moonflower Collective, and a critical care nurse. I specialize in burnout and women’s issues. I help burnt out women exit survival mode, find balance, regain control, and begin to thrive again.

After a decade as a critical care nurse, I completely burned myself out. I didn’t recognize myself anymore, I was taking several medications each day for heart rate , blood pressure, and depression. It wasn’t until I found coaching that I was truly able to heal. I never want another women to struggle alone. So I got to work researching everything I could about women and burnout.

I believe that women heal in community and through telling our stories. This podcast is based on that belief and is meant to help women validate their journey and inspire them to take control of their own health mind, body, and spirit.

I am a LCSW or therapist, EMDR intensive specialist, and entrepreneur at heart. I  own Hello Calm Therapy, where I offer EMDR intensives to help clients move through trauma, anxiety, and relational wounds quicker than traditional therapy and in a more tailored and focused way. I work virtually with clients in Florida and Alabama, and also welcome folks in person at my cozy office in Pensacola, FL.

Alongside my clinical work, I recently created Blueprint & Bloom, a coaching business where I help fellow therapists turn their big ideas into thriving practices. I absolutely love the business-building side of things—creating offers that feel aligned, finding ease in the process, and watching other therapists step confidently into entrepreneurship.

Whether I’m in a therapy session or a coaching call, my goal is always the same: to hold space for deep transformation and remind people of what’s possible when they trust themselves.

Ladle of Ferns

Ladle of Ferns is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit organization that provides personalized support to adults living with chronic physical and/or mental illnesses. Ladle of Ferns was dreamt up after Co-Creators Andie Melone and Cady Menk spent countless hours discussing the lack of support for themselves, their friends, and even their fellow social workers. They realized that many people struggle to access traditional support services for two main reasons: they do not make enough to pay for services out of pocket AND they do not qualify for traditional low to no-cost services. To put it simply, they belong to the economic middle. If you would like some support, or simply want to get involved, check out the links below:  https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556308831956

Terry Grahl

Hi, I’m Terry Grahl. I’m the Founder, Visionary, and CEO of Enchanted Makeovers.

Whether you are a woman rebuilding your life in a shelter, or a volunteer/donor trying to hold it all together and heal your past too, I do understand. I battled homelessness as a child, so I know how it feels. I’ve also battled the regular struggles women face. The truth is, we’re not all that different.

Our core message is: She isMe

We all know heartache, shame, guilt, rejection, the nights where we feel maybe we should just give up. We all struggle to forgive ourselves and others. We need our inner child to be nurtured and loved and we believe our stories matter.

Here at Enchanted Makeovers I’m fighting for the 9 year old in me AND you.

We fight to bring light, hope, and dignity back into women and children’s lives.
