Ashli Daley
Ashli Daley is a Registered Nurse and the founder of The Mama Coach. With a deep-rooted passion for supporting families, she's dedicated my career to helping new parents navigate the incredible journey of early parenthood.
Growing up in Jamaica, she was actively involved in community service through the Kiwanis organization, fostering a strong sense of empathy and dedication to others. This foundation, coupled with her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State, prepared her for a fulfilling career in healthcare.
Her five years as a high-risk certified NICU nurse at leading hospitals solidified her expertise in neonatal care. As a Mama Coach, lactation and baby sleep expert, she specializes in supporting new parents during the transformative early months. Ashli is also a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
