After years in clinical practice—including roles in emergency services, youth and family support, and clinical supervision—she shifted her focus to perinatal mental health, driven by both professional insight and personal experience as a mother of two. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, Becky combines clinical expertise with a warm, accessible approach. She is the author of a supportive book series for mothers and the host of a podcast that creates space for honest, compassionate conversations about the emotional realities of parenting, relationships, and identity in the perinatal period.

Ashli Daley is a Registered Nurse and the founder of The Mama Coach. With a deep-rooted passion for supporting families, she's dedicated my career to helping new parents navigate the incredible journey of early parenthood.

Growing up in Jamaica, she was actively involved in community service through the Kiwanis organization, fostering a strong sense of empathy and dedication to others. This foundation, coupled with her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State, prepared her for a fulfilling career in healthcare.

Her five years as a high-risk certified NICU nurse at leading hospitals solidified her expertise in neonatal care. As a Mama Coach, lactation and baby sleep expert,  she specializes in supporting new parents during the transformative early months. Bernice Quesenbery

Bernice Quesenberry is the Founder, CEO, and President of Chasing the Rainbows, Inc., a 501(c)3 National Nonprofit. She is a person who experienced her traumatic loss in March 2021, which is how she learned firsthand the absence of daily support services. Bernice and all the volunteers at Chasing the Rainbows are certified trauma-informed care specialists.

She serves as the Vice Chairperson of the York County Consumer Advisory Board, a Board Member on the York County Parks Board, and President of Chasing the Rainbows. Before her current role, Bernice worked primarily in marketing and business development. During that time, she has been a frequent speaker at local, state, and national conferences along with live television news interviews. Bernice holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania (grad 2007) and has her Property and Casualty insurance license in the states of
PA and MD.

Celeste Brinkerhoff – CPSS, CHHC 

I’m Celeste Brinkerhoff, a certified holistic health coach and peer support specialist. 

Certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’ve spent years immersing myself in hands-on learning, from assisting in a Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture clinic to working in chiropractic and bodywork centers. These experiences have given me a front-row seat to the transformative power of preventative care.

Courtney Ginder

Courtney is a postpartum depression survivor, wife, mom, and a writer who believes firmly that sharing our stories can greatly impact the lives of others. Courtney became a mom in early 2020, and her experiences with postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and becoming a parent during the COVID-19 pandemic have transformed her into a passionate advocate for perinatal mental health and making sure that all new parents know they are not alone and they can get better. Courtney is the founder of Beyond Postpartum Depression, which began as a project for sharing her experiences with mental health and parenting, and raising awareness of perinatal mental health disorders. In addition to Beyond Postpartum Depression, Courtney is also a Social Media Specialist for Postpartum Support International (PSI) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana chapter of PSI. She lives in Indiana with her husband, daughter, son, and cat.

Dana Raine

Dana is a literacy educator, social justice advocate, and survivor of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). At the age of 33, she made the difficult decision to undergo surgical menopause—via bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hysterectomy—as a life-saving treatment for PMDD, foregoing her dream of biological motherhood in order to safeguard her mental and physical well-being.

Her journey has included years of navigating mental health challenges, pursuing single motherhood by choice through donor insemination, and ultimately redefining her vision of family and fulfillment. Dana is currently a PhD student in Educational Psychology, where her work continues to center the emotional and educational needs of children. She remains committed to nurturing the next generation and envisions a future that may include adoptive parenthood.

Susan Aguayo

Susan Aguayo was born in Peru and immigrated to New York City at age five.

In 2015, Susan tragically lost her daughter to perinatal depression—a turning point that led her to found Kassy’s Kause, a nonprofit supporting maternal mental health. Finding few local resources, she became a certified Community Health Worker and Doula to better serve her community.


Her advocacy earned her honors such as Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and New Mexico State Mother of the Year in 2019. In 2020, she ran for State Senate to spotlight underserved issues like maternal mental health. She now serves as State Coordinator and Spanish-language Support Group Facilitator for Postpartum Support International.


Susan is passionate about ensuring no mother feels alone and that families have the support they need during the most vulnerable times.
