I’m Celeste Brinkerhoff, a certified holistic health coach and peer support specialist.

Certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’ve spent years immersing myself in hands-on learning, from assisting in a Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture clinic to working in chiropractic and bodywork centers. These experiences have given me a front-row seat to the transformative power of preventative care.

Today, I live by the philosophy of turning life into an art form, shedding shame, and finding joy in the everyday.
