Dr. Susan Feingold
Susan Benjamin Feingold, PsyD, PMH-C, is a licensed clinical psychologist, perinatal mental health expert, advocate, and author with over 30 years of experience in reproductive mental health. An internationally recognized authority on postpartum psychosis and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, Dr. Feingold serves on the Postpartum Support International Advisory Council and frequently presents nationally and internationally on clinical, legal, and advocacy issues.
She is the recipient of the 2018 Maternal Mental Health Innovation Award for her role in advancing the nation’s first postpartum criminal law in Illinois and continues to support legislative efforts in multiple states. Dr. Feingold is the author and co-author of several influential books and peer-reviewed publications on postpartum mental illness, policy, and forensic considerations.
