Dr. Renae Bryant is an award winning leader who works collaboratively with scholars, staff, families and community to co-create systems and processes to increase student access, opportunity, equity and success. With over twenty years in education, Renae has served as a district, site and teacher leader, administrator, coach, and started as a bilingual IA. She is the founder and facilitator of the Leadership Book Chat and leads national book studies. She is the co-author of  The Ed Branding Book: How to Build Educational Leadership with Social Influence. She is a co-host of the VIET Podcast. As a life-long learner, Dr. Bryant earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University of La Verne in 2017.  Renae was named the 2024 California Association for Bilingual Education (CABE) District Administrator of the Year and the national 2024 Leading While Female Icon award.
