Paul Tracey
Raised in South Glen Falls, NY, Paul developed a passion for computers early on, programming video games in junior high. After a career-ending shoulder injury in the printing industry, he retrained in networking and earned an IT degree in 2009. He went on to manage a large call center, where he witnessed a corporate culture that prioritized upselling over support. Later, while working in IT for a major hospital, he was sidelined for raising concerns about cybersecurity practices. Disillusioned with corporate indifference to security and ethics, Paul set out to start his own company, focused on protecting small businesses from the risks they didn’t realize they were taking with technology.
