Meaghan Good - "The Charley Project"

Meaghan Good is the creator and curator of The Charley Project, one of the largest and most influential online databases dedicated to missing persons cases in the United States.

For more than two decades, she has meticulously documented thousands of disappearances, compiling timelines, case summaries and details that help journalists, investigators and online researchers understand the context behind each case.

Good first inherited The Charley Project as a teenager and has since turned it into what she considers her life’s work—an ongoing, ever-expanding archive of the missing. Drawing on her intense curiosity and detail-oriented focus.

Her database is widely used by law enforcement, advocates and crowdsourced investigators, and has played a role in keeping cold cases visible, countering misinformation and, in some instances, helping move investigations forward.
