Catherine Hodge is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Tampa, Florida, with a focus on grief, trauma, and addiction. She holds an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and opened her private practice in 2016, following years of experience in substance abuse treatment centers and hospital settings.

Catherine takes an integrative approach to therapy, blending traditional talk therapy with evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and therapeutic yoga. Her compassionate, collaborative style supports clients on their journey toward healing and growth.

She is also the author of What Do I Say?: How to Support Others in Grief, a practical guide for those looking to offer thoughtful, meaningful support to people experiencing loss.
