Andreas Ludiwg

Andreas Ludwig is a seasoned German behavioural scientist and management consultant with a truly international perspective. His academic journey took him through Germany, Austria, and Canada, culminating in a PhD in economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. 

Andreas built a strong foundation in strategy consulting, spending many years with leading firms such as McKinsey & Co, FTI Delta, and Accenture Digital across Europe and the Middle East. Since the end of 2020, he has dedicated his expertise to behavioural science, recently serving as a Principal Behavioural Scientist with CBA in Sydney.

Paul Hawken

Paul Hawken is an environmentalist, entrepreneur, and author whose work has shaped the global sustainability movement for over six decades.


His 1993 book The Ecology of Commerce inspired Ray Anderson's transformation of Interface into the gold standard for corporate sustainability. He went on to author Drawdown - the most comprehensive plan for reversing global warming ever published - and Regeneration. His latest, Carbon: The Book of Life, calls for a shift from fighting carbon to fostering life.


Paul founded several pioneering businesses, including one of the first natural foods companies to work exclusively with organic farmers. He has consulted with heads of state and global business leaders on climate and environmental policy.

In 1965, at just 19, he worked alongside Martin Luther King Jr. as press coordinator during the civil rights movement.


His books have sold over two million copies in more than 30 languages.

Rade Musulin

Rade is a Principal at Finity based in Sydney. He is an US trained Actuary and has 45 years’ experience in General Insurance specializing particularly in property pricing, natural perils, reinsurance, agriculture, catastrophe risk modelling, public policy development, and climate risk.

His main areas of interest include how changing population demographics affect catastrophe exposure, climate change adaptation, applications of catastrophe models for disaster planning in developing countries, building code development, and community resilience. Rade has maintained close ties with academic institutions, including being a lecturer for undergraduate classes in actuarial science, risk management, and political science.
