Yes, welcome to the Holistic Health Sisters podcast with wellness and real-life sisters Hannah Carr and Sarah King from the Holistic Health Collective. In this podcast, we're going to be sharing our passion for, of course, holistic health, but also spirituality, healings, hormone, plant medicine, seasonal living, our love of nature, and our love of community. So we're gonna invite you to take a pause and take a nice deep breath. And join us on a path of healing, of self-discovery and self-love, and of stepping into the brilliance of who you really are. This is a podcast for the seekers out there, those of you who know there's more to life than just surviving or going through the motions, and you want more. More health, wealth, happiness, love, compassion, connection, trust, surrender, and more faith. And you want that for others too so we can make this world a better place for us all. So go and grab a cup of ceremonial grade cacao and join us as we explore what moves through us, that which is divinely led, so we can all move from fear towards more faith. Thank you so much for being here with us today Welcome to this week's episode. We're both here together, aren't we, Sarah? Yeah, we hit record as it's 11:11, and we're quite excited because we're gonna be talking about six years in business together. This is a biz birthday celebration episode. So thank you for being here. Who has been listening from episode one? We would love to know who has listened to all of our episodes, and we'd love to know if you were there at the beginning, the creation of the Holistic Health Collective back in 2020. Lots of numerology here. But we wanted to do some reflection points of where we've come in our real day-to-day challenges, like the really edgy things and the stress points that we face, and where we've overcome them, and who we've grown into today but also, like, our individual journeys, 'cause we've taken the same path but different steps, I guess, haven't we? Absolutely Where should we start, Hannah? Well, let's just add there that we're gonna be making lots of, offers sprinkled in throughout this podcast episode. So as we're recording this live this week, we've got six offers over six days for the six years in business, so do keep your ears peeled for those. And I'd like to say a big thank you to anyone, especially those who've been with us since the beginning, and we're really lucky in our business that we've got many women that joined us six years ago who are still orbit in our world, coming to our events, inside our monthly membership. So thank you to you, and all of you that listen to the podcast. We wouldn't be here without you. Let's start, Sarah, with ceremonial grade cacao. That's one of our offers that we've got a little bit of a discount on this week, and that is very rare in our business. We usually only offer a discount on cacao once a year. But cacao is something that we use on a daily basis, it's a literally a real, um, love, maybe and even an obsession of ours, Sarah. Yeah. Let's go right back to the very beginning and we are gonna make a whole podcast episode on ceremonial grade cacao. But let's just do a quick introduction of when we found out about it, which would have been, I think, maybe seven or eight years ago now, before the public had really heard about ceremonial grade cacao. I think we were at a ceremony together, wasn't we, Sarah, in a yoga studio, and we tried it and we were a little bit nervous because they introduced it as a plant medicine and we'd never taken a plant medicine before. And they was explaining that you might get different sensations, and we was feeling a little bit of fear around that. And I think, I seem to remember the cacao wasn't that amazingly delicious, like we've put a lot of love, time, and effort into creating the most delicious- cups of cacao, crafting the perfect cup. And my husband only said to me yesterday, "So it's funny, isn't it? You forget how good our cacao is because when you go to other places and try it," he said to me, "it's always rancid." Aw. He said, "It's a bit of an art form to actually make it so it's really nice." And I said, "Yeah, a lot of people do come to my own women's circles and our ceremonies, and they do always say, 'Yours is the best, how you specifically make it.'" We can share a few tips on that, but I think one of the things is taking your time and pouring a little bit of love into it rather than just expecting it to be really quick. But I just wanted to mention that first time we tried it, because I think we didn't love it the first time, and I remember when we educated around ceremonial grade cacao in the beginning, we used to say, like, give it more than one try. It's a bit like your first cup of coffee or the first time you try alcohol and, you know, the first time you try something new you think, "Why does everyone else like that?" But give it a little bit of a chance, because you probably found over time that maybe you did build up a relationship with alcohol even if you've not got one now and you did to find the drinks that you liked, or you found the way that you like to make your coffee. And it's the same with ceremonial grade cacao because it is a little bit bitter, so the first time you try it, you may not be used to that bitterness. But you can actually add sweeteners to it or honey or maple syrup to make it palatable until you sort of educate your palate to receive and enjoy this gift from the gods, we could call it. But it is a plant medicine, and we've been using it daily now for six years. So Sarah, tell us a little bit about your experience of like why you've brought it into a daily practice after you got, you know, through that first experience. Yeah, good question. I was drinking, raw cacao powder, and a lot of people say that to me, "Oh yeah, I drink cacao every day," and they're speaking about the powder. And I actually had to upgrade my self-worth before I allowed myself to drink ceremonial grade cacao on a more regular basis. I didn't think it was for me. I didn't think I was sort of good enough to drink that gift from the gods, as we called it. I mean, it goes to show how I've changed, my mindset and how that represented in my daily routines now as well. But I think a lot of, us vata types or nervous people, overstimulated people, stressed out people, we love our tea or coffee or warm drinks, and then we realize- It's perhaps feeding into some of the overstimulation, and we look for an alternative, which some of the chocolate drinking products can offer if they're done, mindfully. We, like you said, had it at your yoga teacher's house and was not ready to receive the full, positively blissful effects of it at the time until I'd learnt more about it. And, we found it really in our business in 2020, I think, into 2021, where we launched it as a product that we'd connected with some, ethical farmers, eventually going out to visit the farmers in Peru. And for me, what it really did was allowed me to open my heart enough, which I've come to learn has been very closed and very shut down, and our hearts can become shut down and closed for many reasons, from grief, to heartbreak, to abuse, to, just, like, life's hard out there. If you're a sensitive person, you need to toughen up, and that often means closing the heart down. So- Just protecting yourself from the pain that's out there. Protection. Yeah, it's a protection method. So it was a survival strategy. And then learning about cacao, and slowing down, and finding those recipes that really worked for us, and realizing that plant medicine I mean, we were drinking plant medicines, we just didn't know. Like, herbal tea is a plant medicine. But there are psychoactive or psychedelic plant medicines which our daily herbal cups don't usually have. They're more therapeutic. Learning about those effects, and then slowing down enough to feel them, I think I was on this wild ride with ceremonial cacao. Like, every person I met, I would tell about it, or try and give them a cup of it, 'cause I had felt so much heart-opening effects from it. And as a highly anxious person, cacao really supports the nervous system to become more balanced and regulated. So again, we could do a whole episode, but honestly, we've got so much to share. But there's a little glimpse into how it weaved its way into our daily life, into our business, and into our surrounding community as well. And maybe you can talk about, Hannah, how we went from drinking our own cups to offering it, to, the general public and trade, you know, working with other healers. Yeah. I'm just gonna come back and pick up on one of the points that Sarah said there about self-worth in case anyone wasn't really following exactly what she meant when she said upgraded from, cacao powder to ceremonial grade cacao. The main difference between those two products is the cacao butter that's still So it's a whole food product in the ceremonial grade cacao, whereas the cacao butter has been stripped out the powder. And of course there's a difference in the price, so the investment in yourself. So when she said self-worth, it meant that she was investing more in her daily drinks. But I'll sa- I'll just talk about that for a moment. You know, most people are popping into some form of a coffee shop at least a cou- couple of times a week, and coffee, the price has really gone up, hasn't it? So usually those places are n- using not the best quality kind of milks, whether you're plant-based or you're dairy-based, and often the coffee itself is they advertise it as quite high quality, but is it tested for mold and chemicals, and is it organic? Unless you're popping into Pret a Manger, then I don't really see many other places advertise as organic. And you're talking about £5 for, you know, one of these kind of drinks when you're going out. Now, when you drink ceremonial grade cacao at home, it's not costing anything like that, but you are still upgrading from a cup of tea or a cup of cacao, made with powder. The investment is still, higher. So yes, you do need to increase your self-worth, and our customers have spoken to us about that. And the journey you said from having it ourselves, well, I think you're right, Sarah. We just loved it. We was telling everyone about it, and Cacao come into our business when we already had a monthly health membership, and so we wanted to tell our clients about it. And here's a little tip for anyone who is in the holistic health business or any product-selling business. When we decided to offer it on a bigger scale, you obviously have to order quite a lot the first time And that's a bit of an investment and a risk, like are you gonna sell the product? But what we done, to share a little bit of behind the scenes was, we done a pre-sale. So what we, done was we got maybe 10 or 20 orders in just by advertising it, talked to our audience about it, and getting those sales in before we even ordered the product, meaning we had the cash to pay for the product the first time. So that's a great way in business to be able to, test your products and to get on board with sales, is to do little pre-sales if you've kind of got a warm audience there already. Our audience immediately loved ceremonial grade cacao just like we do. I mean, I think we, we heavily influenced them by talking about it with so much enthusiasm and passion, which was very authentic and genuine, and they could feel that. And wholesale, how did we move onto wholesale? Just people wanting to buy bigger and bigger amounts. Not everyone who buys wholesale actually has a business. We sell wholesale from two kilograms of ceremonial grade cacao. Sometimes one person can just love it so much and they've got a little bit of storage space in their house, and they order two kilos for themselves 'cause it's the most cost-effective way of ordering. But usually if you've got a partner or a mom or some friends who like it, then, you know, you could share it out that way. But often for wholesale we're selling to, yoga studios or ceremonial space holders or just anyone who's in the holistic health business. And there's two ways that they can order. They can just order literally blocks of cacao and they can package it up themselves. That's called a white label in the business world. Or we can pack it all up for you so it arrives in the bag with our labels on and all of the instructions so you don't have to worry about all of that. But just to wrap up on ceremonial grade cacao for now, for our birthday offer week, we have 15% off, any order, excluding wholesale or Cacao Club. So bags of ceremonial grade cacao. So check the show notes for all of the discounts. If you've, if you're listening to this in the future, there's other ways to get discounts on ceremonial grade cacao by joining our, Cacao Club, which is our monthly membership, or if you're a new customer, you get 20% off your first order anyway. So we drop all of that in the show notes for you. And I think that will lead on nicely, Sarah, to our next product for, our business birthday week of offers, which is our cacao activator So we mentioned there that cacao has a bitter flavor, and actually this is a great flavor profile to get into your diet. If you look at Chinese medicine or Ayurvedic medicine, which Sarah and I have both studied, they talk about getting all the different, profiles of flavors into the body. It's really, really important, and bitter is one of the ones that we're actually missing in the Western diet a lot. We tend to be more go towards the sweet foods. So those bitter foods can really support the heart. So this is one of the reasons, ceremonial grade cacao is fantastic. However, it's okay to go gentle in the beginning. Like, you don't have to drink something you don't enjoy, and you could use a product to help sweeten it. And a bit like when you're cutting back on sort of sugar in your tea or your coffee, if you've ever done that over the years, you can wean yourself off if the, if you feel that you want to. But what we didn't want to do was have this beautiful ceremonial grade cacao and then stick some refined white sugar into that cacao. So what we done was we got some panela, which is some unrefined sugar, and it's higher in vitamins and minerals, so it's got some, more nutrients in it. It's got a beautiful caramel flavor and it's traditionally used with cacao. And then we wanted to get some super foods in there and some spices and some herbs that would actually support the body as well. So we actually found out quite a lot about cayenne pepper and how good it is for the body, and we wanted to create a product with that cayenne pepper in there. And so we added the cayenne, so it's like a little bit of spice which is often traditionally used with ceremonial grade cacao. It's not an easy spice to use all of the time, but it's quite nice in a as a flavor profile in the cacao with just that little bit of heat that's coming through, and it's really, really good, vasodilator, so it's really good for dilating the capillaries and increasing oxygen in the blood and nourishing the brain and other primary organs. So good for circulation. It works like a tonic for the blood, and it works synergistically with the cacao, which is so rich in nutrients. When you add that cayenne, it just helps to deliver it to, like, all the cells in the body. And for me, who's a very cold person, whose blood flow isn't particularly strong, having cayenne in your diet, particularly with cacao, is, such an easy way to increase the medicinal effects of these super foods, So we call it Sun Blend, and it helps, it's not just the cayenne that is beneficial we've also got beautiful warming ingredients like orange and cinnamon. Cinnamon's a great, stabilizer for blood sugar levels, and it's a lovely warming blend. Great for use in the winter or the first half of your menstrual cycle, so up to the time of ovulation. And then because we created that product, then we wanted to create another one that would be the opposite, so a yin kind of feeling. And what we mean by that is nice and soothing and cooling. Sometimes if you've got too much inflammation in the body or perhaps you're already a warm body type and you don't need any more warming up, then you want to obviously go the opposite way. So in that blend, we've added beautiful flowers like rose and hibiscus, which are very cooling for the system, very soothing, and really good in the second half of your menstrual cycle, so from ovulation until that round until day one of your, next cycle. And that product's called Moon Blend. So one's for the sun energy, one's for the moon energy, and you could just add half a teaspoon to your cacao just to take the edge off the bitterness. But we actually love using this product in things like baking, or you could, if you like a little bit of sweetness on your breakfast, you could sprinkle it on your granola in the morning. So it's not only for use in your cacao. If you're having a nice herbal tea, you could add a little bit of one of these products in as well. And for the first time ever, we've got 50%, a huge 50% off of this product. The reason being, we got a really huge amount of Pella delivered to make up some new batches, so we wanted to share that abundance with you and let you try that at a really amazing price. So for this week only, you can get 50% off. And when you order, this, arrives in a beautiful amber glass jar, so it can look really nice on any open shelving in the kitchen. It protects the product as well. That will be a really great point as you speak about, nutrition and really sharing a lot of knowledge in how food can help, that we can reflect back to 2020 and before, who you were, what your trainings were, who you were as a business person, and how we came together. And then as we go into our brand new offerings, You'll get to see how we've grown and the trainings that we've done, and how we're offering that, them now and expressing them creatively through our business. Yeah, absolutely. So I think when you're what I would say is a holistic or a wellness practitioner, often you've got multiple modalities underneath your belt, but it starts somewhere and for me, that was training as a naturopathic nutritionist. So in 2020 when we started this business together, The Holistic Health Collective, we already individually ran our own businesses. My business was called The Nourished Body. It's still actually alive now, but I don't put a lot of time or effort into that business 'cause we've been focusing on this one. But I was solely a naturopathic nutritionist, and what that means is using nature as a cure. That training came from my own struggle with my own health, so chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, really struggling in life and needing to find a solution which I wasn't able to find through, the allopathic health model. So you know, through the normal doctors or even private doctors wasn't able to help me. So I actually created a program called The Exhausted to Energized Method, which is still available today. It's still out there in the world and helped hundreds of women move over 12 weeks from exhausted to building up their energy again naturally by looking at so many aspects of their life, but largely diet, you know, what kind of nutrients they're getting into their body, but also looking at things like, detoxing, stress management, time management even as well. And I run that business for probably four years before we come together, Sarah. And the reason that we came together in 2020 is Sarah was running her own business and I was running my own business, and even though they were slightly different modalities, we were helping the same kind of people same kind of women in ultimately to the same kind of result. And so we felt like we wanted to have a bit more support rather than being, solopreneurs and doing everything ourselves, from, building websites to finding clients to customer service to, you know, supporting women through these transformations and doing it all alone. We wanted to bring our skills together to be able to help women really to a deeper level. And at that time when we got together in, it was lockdown in 2020, a lot of people, but especially women, had a lot of anxiety. Anxiety about not being able to go out, not send their kids to school, about actually being worried about going out at the time. So we brought our skills together like together we're stronger and to be able to help more women. And so that's when we come together to create the Holistic Health Collective. And our membership, which at the time was called, The Holistic Health Circle, which is now The Healing Portal. But we've both gone on to do many, many more trainings, which we'll probably speak to you about as we go through some more of these offers, but that's where I started. Mm-hmm. And I just wanna speak to witnessing you as a naturopathic nutritionist. I remember the first time I h- heard you speak publicly on a retreat, and I was just in awe of the information that you could share and the embodiment of that, those learnings as well. You'd really taken yourself through a really big transformation, and that's stayed with you today and that has had a really huge ripple out effect. And one of the practices Hannah and I were doing, under the cover of moonlight, were we were coming together in our own form of a red tent, which was the moon circles, which we have spoken about in other episodes, particularly episode one. So a throwback to episode one where you can hear about how the moon really connected us much more on a deeper emotional level, and actually how important emotions are when you're running a business. So we've got, we've had many trainings and we usually have a coach that works alongside us in terms of strategy and visibility and systems. But many coaches don't speak to the emotional side of being seen and the personal challenges that you have to face and balancing your work life or balancing your health alongside running a business or even just being heart-centered and aligned, not just making money, but actually having a huge impact on the world. So stay tuned because we've got, which feels like a really exciting and expansive offer for space holders that want that change and that want that heart-led, business vision, clarity, and connection But what we'll just speak to is an offer that we're doing on that Healing Portal membership. Women that have been in our world, in the membership for maybe six years or have come in a little bit later, hello to all of you. We class you as our friends, as part of our circle. We can see the effect that you have on your communities as well. Many of you have changed careers or changed relationships, whether that be friendships, or work friendships or romantic relationships. You continually inspire us by moving closer and closer to an aligned life for you, and facing all of those inner challenges that no one else really understands. They just suddenly see this quantum leap on the outside and don't always really appreciate the kind of shadows that you've had to face, and that doesn't come overnight, that comes by working with your nervous system, first of all to stop limiting beliefs or face them and listen to them, and then work with them consistently. This is a consistent practice. Even if you do a cathartic practice like a, perhaps a medicine retreat, you've still got to go back to that life and integrate, and your nervous system will still need to rebuild and reshape into this new way of being and building. So the members- the portal, the Healing Portal, the membership, which is, a space where women come usually for a minimum of a year usually, which can sound like a big commitment, but if you're a member of a gym or something like that, you know that if you just go for one month, you're really not going to get all the benefits that are on offer. And when you start to feel great about your life, you know it's a place to stay. But this is also a no obligation space to stay. So we're going to offer a membership discount as well, and we're offering 50% off your first month. And we do have our drop-in Moon Circle, so if you're just curious to check that out, these are kind of a somatic healing space where you work towards what you value in life and then you look at those overcoming, overcoming those limiting beliefs, and you do it in relation, in community, because healing in isolation really doesn't have longevity. There is a space for it, but we have to go back out into the world at some point. So being in circle, being in community is really often the missing piece in therapy. So we're offering the membership discount, which we're really happy to be doing. It's 50% off. The Moon Circles which are drop-in are donation-based at suggested £22. So the first membership month at 50% off is 27.50, and you're going to get whole back catalog of six years worth of experts coming into our spaces, I mean, we've got some of the leading experts on hormones in this space. We've got our six years of, health mentorship. We've got the moon circles, we've got live sessions, and we've always got new things coming in as we deepen our trainings and studies as well. So really reflecting back from me coming into the space as a yoga teacher and a breath coach, now I'm a certified somatic coach, trauma-informed. And I continue to study, and I'm working specifically with Ayurvedic health practices for women. So this is really bringing it back to things like native herbs and working with the cycles of your life. This is where I see a big gap, or we see a big gap. This is what we've been working with our clients for a long time, and we see a big gap in allopathic medicine, and we're trying to bridge that gap, as heart-centered healers that are honoring our cyclical living and our cyclical ways. So that is offer number three. The next one we'd love to talk to you about is come and see us in person. This is something that we are repeating. We try to get together at, significant points throughout the year, and we always meet on the Lion's Gate portal, which is the galactic new year, and it's on the 8th of August. And this year, hooray, it's on a Saturday. And we are gathering in the most special location near Canterbury in a yurt with stunning gardens with views over rolling hills where we get to spend the whole afternoon together. We're gonna be, of course, having our ceremonial grade cacao as we always do, and we're gonna be sprinkling extra magic into there. And something that we've both been working with quite a lot this year, especially myself, is a lot of chanting to, raise your frequency and your vibration, and it can lead you into a deeply meditative state. We're gonna start with yoga outside that looks over the beautiful gardens, and it's a gathering of high vibe souls. So we're gonna be activating our joy, our light codes, and expansive heart healing. Now, this event always sells out really, really quickly. We've got eight spaces. I think we've sold a few of those already before we've even officially launched it. But we are going to be having embodiment practices for our power. We're going to be dancing to raise our frequency. We're gonna be doing a shamanic drumming journey to Sirius, and we make the most delicious, and seasonal Ayurvedic food. So come and join us in Canterbury. And we've got a special early bird offer, so you'll be paying £88 instead of 99. And this year we've actually got a little bit of time to hang out afterwards as well, haven't we, Sarah? Yeah, we've got access to the grounds for a while. So after all that high vibrational, multidimensional galactic traveling and food, then you can just, enjoy the grounds for a while. So that's in Kent. Shall we move on to talk a little bit about our in-person healing days that we're both offering, so you got two locations to choose from? Yeah, we want to bring it back to where our personal journey of expansion started with, you might call it red tent, moon lodge, moon circles, moon ceremonies, women's circles, which as you know, we've been running online for six years now in our membership, which is also open as a drop-in. But we wanted to take this literally into the community and offer this one woman at a time that really needs a space to retreat, recharge, and replenish. So we are opening our healing spaces. One location is in, near Maidstone in Kent, and that will be with Hannah, and the other location is near Margate in Kent with me. So you've got a woodland location, you've got a ocean location as well. And the days look like really a day for often healers and space holders that need to recharge. It might be a woman that feels like she needs reconnection back to herself. Perhaps you are dealing with a chronic health issue where you have been to, through the medical system, and you're just still feeling absolutely exhausted or in pain, and this is a space to reconnect with- A woman's cycles. So,, we shouldn't be productive all the time. We shouldn't be outwards all the time. We shouldn't be ticking things off our never-ending to-do list without taking that time to top up, recharge, replenish. So our full moon lodge retreat is officially open. This is a brand new offering for us. We're really honored to be offering this on a one-to-one basis. And it might look like, coming to the space for me by the ocean for a day. You'll get access to a sea view apartment, and I'll welcome you in with aromatherapy, fresh flowers, ceremonial grade cacao or herbal teas, herbal tea rituals, and give you space to land and just kind of unravel from the stress. I'll be weaving in my nervous system training, so inviting you to your inner landscape, perhaps through breathwork or somatic mapping and tuning in and meditation before you get a chance to really be held and nurtured with perhaps a hands-on treatment. So there'll be time for a treatment for you. Usually, the women that come into this space will have a Reiki or a shamanic, or a shamanic healing, or perhaps just a trauma-informed body massage. And then afterwards, rather than kind of just leaving like you might do with a one-hour massage and going back to your day, but knowing you need longer, you'll have time to just use the space. I'll come and,, nourish you with a beautiful plant-based Ayurvedic meal, usually organic, and made to your preference, your favorite foods. And there'll be time to just relax, read books, perhaps meditate, perhaps have a snooze, go for an ocean walk, you know, go for a, a coastal walk and just take a big exhale. What would it look like in your space, Hannah? Yeah. I really like who you've spoken to there, Sarah. And a couple of other people that I'd mention is, I think perhaps even like new moms or just like really tired moms who need a little bit of time to themselves, or grandmas as well. And I also think spaceholders. So spaceholders are often just giving to other people. So you actually might feel quite good yourself, but you're aware that you give a lot to others. It's really important for you to show up as the best person that you can in the world, and we really do this work for ourselves, is you have to give to yourselves. If you're hoping other people are gonna invest in theirselves and come to your events or make bookings with you, you also need to be taking time out and nourishing yourself so you're actually pouring from a full cup rather than an empty cup. So there's a couple of more people that I really feel this would, benefit I'm gonna be offering all the types of things that you've offered there, Sarah. I'm in a woodland location here, so we can go on into walks in the woods if people want that. I'm even thinking people could just book a sleep if they want to, if they're really, really tired. But obviously, as a naturopathic nutritionist, I can offer, nutrition consultations, personalized advice, also shamanic healing, so if you feel like you've got any blockages, any stuck energy in the body, where we could be using the shakapa. I like to use my voice in my healings as well. And if you're particularly interested in finding out about, how to cook healthy meals I could even offer some cooking tuition as well. We could get into the kitchen together. So you can book those days with us. They are on special offer this week, so usually the price for a day retreat is 222, but you can book that for 190. And because it is one-to-one and takes a day, we've just got a couple of places throughout the summer at each location. So again, that will be shared in the show notes. Maybe come and be one of the first people that book that with us. We'd love to welcoming you in. And our last one that we'd love to talk about is a business focus day. This is really exciting for us. So we've been running our, individual businesses for a good 10 years now, and we want to offer a expansion ceremony. So a lot of our work in the world is ceremony-based, so we run moon ceremonies, we run cacao ceremonies. Sometimes we go along to, birthdays or rites of passages or hen dos, and we create ceremonies out of them. We run whole retreats that are ceremonies, so we wanted to bring a business ceremony in, in a very special location. Tell us a little bit about it, Sar. So when we reflected back over who we were to who we've become, we've had to really come outside of our comfort zone, and we love supporting people that are ready to face that. There's a version of you that is trying to emerge, but the fear is there, and you're not really sure how to move forward with it. So there may be fears as a business owner of, visibility. It might be that you, you have one foot in one area, like you might be more you may be more in the corporate world with a desire to move more into the holistic health world. You may work one-to-one with clients, but you'd like to hold more group containers. Or perhaps you're a yoga teacher that would like to run retreats. So you're looking to let that future version of you emerge. She's connected. She has inner peace. She runs a sustainable business. She's building her self-worth. You're coming out of abandoning yourself and just going through the motions. This is gonna be a journey of three ceremonies for you, really working deeply with the nervous system, looking at where you're at, your capacity, and where your desire is to move to. And this is such a unique offering. I've never seen anything like it, and I wish when we started our business six years ago there was something like this, because we're coming from a very grounded and practical place. We understand the energetics, but the practicals of having a family, having a business, trying to eat healthy, trying to be a good person, and trying to grow whilst you're facing your fears. So three ceremonies. We start with meeting online. We're going to be looking at concept called IFS, internal family systems, and this is a whole body of therapy where we look at the parts of you, the parts that feel stuck, the parts that keep repeating patterns that aren't helping to move towards that version that you're ready for, the parts that are holding self-doubt, the part where expansion doesn't feel safe, and the parts that just feel, like, a little bit icky and uncomfortable. So we're gonna be using internal family systems. You'll be meeting with us. We'll be explaining what that is and diving into how that shows up for you. So you might be running your business from your inner wounded teenager. You might be afraid to show up because that friend on Facebook once called you a show-off, and now you don't wanna expand in your business because you're being, you're afraid to be insane. So we're gonna look at these different parts. We're gonna, discover who's in there and what feels ready to shift. Then we're gonna meet in person at just the most beautiful ceremony. This is a really special place in Kent, and what we say is, I think it was, Einstein that said, you can't solve a problem from the consciousness of what you've created it, so you need to be a more expanded version of yourself if you're going to solve your own problems. So we're going to do that by playing and almost acting, by becoming that new version of ourselves, and we're gonna do it by literally changing our clothes, stepping into ceremonial space, and adorning ourselves in, a silk kimono, which might push you outside of your comfort zone. Now, what am I sitting here doing in a silk kimono? Yeah, we're all gonna play and have fun together by stepping into that new version of us, maybe before we're ready, but in the safety of a group where we're all holding one another. So this day of ceremony is a tea ceremony. It's really about meaningful conversation, reflective inquiries, connection, nervous system regulation, and intentional expansive work. The tearoom that we're taking you to will offer you that place to change your environment, to change your mind. This is a place where you will embody transformation. This is deep, meaningful conversation. This is a space just for six women, six space holders that are ready for deep transformation. But we know that feeling when we've been on retreat, when we've been somewhere and we come back feeling like we can take on the world, but the world's actually still the same. So it's how to hold that energy outside. So there will be an integration container after the ceremony where we'll support you in embodying what opened up during that experience, and how to make it sustainable for you. It's where we get to work on self-trust deepening, where you get to be reflective of your business and about becoming Who you really want to become, more aligned, not just louder, not just more doing, but that version of you that your soul is so ready to step into. So this is real expansion. This is called the expansion ceremony. This is three dates of ceremony. If you're interested in this, check out the show notes. There's no fancy sales page for this. You'll know if your heart's calling you. You're gonna reach out to us directly on this one, and I know that some of you are probably already feeling like, "Oh, yes," so trust it. Go with it. We've got a really, big saving on this for this one, so it's 444 full price, but for the next two people that book, it's 333. So get those spots in. We can't wait to hold you. Just to add, it's like when Sarah and go to very, very special places, like Glastonbury is one of those places for us, and this, new Japanese tea room is one of those places for us, we feel the expansion. We feel the upgrade when we go to them, and then we just really want to share them with you, with, our members of our audience who are also ready to step into expansion, that we can't wait to share these special places with you. So just to share, like, a few personal things on our own business expansion and our own business journey for those of you that are interested, I'll just share a little bit from my perspective. But one of the things that has been kind of easy for me to do, but it's been to my own detriment, is to follow what other people have told me to do. For example, coaches, they might, teach different systems or processes that you can follow, and I'm quite good at just, getting my head down and getting on with it, but it has at times been to the detriment of actually what my heart has wanted or certainly what my body has been ready for or has felt comfortable with. So I'm, I've not always been, as good at really listening to my own body. So one of the things that I've had to learn in my 10 years of business is really is to keep tuning in to find out what it is that my soul really desires and to really honor that if it looks very different from what anyone else has told me what might work, and I've really found a lot more ease in my body and joy in my life by surrendering to what's actually right for me. So that's sort of sharing some of my growing pains in business. What would you share, Sarah, as a growth point for you? I had a lot of fight or flight in my nervous system. As I've spoken to many times before, panic attacks were on a regular for me. Right up until when I was teaching yoga, I would always have my sweaty palms and, uncomfortable tummy and butterflies running through me. And I think when we came together, and it was at that real time of high stress in the world in 2020's lockdown, it became more about sharing, "Look, I've had a lot of nerves in my system, and I have, overcome a lot of them, and I'm here to support you." So the purpose became bigger than my pain, and I knew I had a long, long way to go. Even as you as a space holder, Hannah, I felt, "Oh, I'm not good enough to walk alongside you. You know a lot more than me. I can't add as much value as you do." So there's always this sort of comparison or competitiveness, the self-worth issues. And what I've come to realize is we are shoulder to shoulder, all of us, all of us in every circle, in every room. There is no hierarchy. It's not that that person knows more than me. They've walked a different path, and they might have a different story to tell, and there might be a few gems in that can really support me. And if there isn't anything that can support me, it might remind me that I'm following a path that is working for me, and that's a nice affirmation. So for me, it's that we're, we live in an ecosystem together. We're all equal. We all have something to offer, and we do not have to be the expert. I mean, I absolutely love going into the detail and the science and learning through books and having lessons handed down through lineages, but there is nothing like embodying it. And one of the lessons I've learned is, and you've used it so many times, is our mantra, imperfect action. We can't live our life in our head. We actually need to take it out and do it. So even if it's a bit messy, we are surrounded by people that genuinely love us, even if we're in a place of high stress or trauma. It can feel like the world is against us, but I've come to learn that we are in the world to experience love and connection. So whatever offer is spoken to you or whatever lesson, whether it would be this heart-opening properties of sipping a cup of ceremonial cacao on your own or sharing it with a friend, or maybe you've had some ideas for your business and that you want to be more out there, but you're, oh, you're feeling a bit edgy about it, this is... There's something in here, we hope, to meet you wherever you're at. So if you got to the end, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for being part of our journey. Thank you for being people that are interested in living a holistic life. And that holistic life is not just our physical health, it's so many components. So just a deep thank you from my heart. And thank you, Hannah, for, for being my business partner as well as my sister. Oh, I love you, Sarah. And lovely, audience listening to this, we hope to see you in person. Come and see us in person. Are we gonna see you at Lion's Gate? Are we gonna see you, at this business day? Are you gonna come to our homes and have these one-to-ones? Or maybe we will see you online in Moon Circle. Either way, we would love to connect and know that our sovereignty is meeting your sovereignty. Like Sarah said, there's no hierarchy, there's no we're better than you or you're better than us. We would just love to meet with you shoulder to shoulder and all rise together. Lots of love and thank you for listening Thank you a million times over for joining us on this podcast episode.
