Ever since I was 13 and my parents took me on an unforgettable Transatlantic crossing on the Queen Elizabeth 2 I have had the "travel bug".  Seriously, what 13 year old gets to travel in that level of style?

Fast forward to 1993 when I met my husband, Duncan, and we talked about our personal passions; travel was one.  That was the beginning of an unforgettable, global journey.  Since then we've been on ships, planes, trains, rubber rafts and every other type of transportation.  We've met indigenous cultures in the Amazon, fisherman on the Mekong, fire dancers in French Polynesia and everything in between.

We've dined in 5-star restaurants and eaten worms in Africa.  We've dined in an authentic ryokan in Kyoto and feasted on buffets throughout the 7 seas.

My love of travel has brought me to places both exotic and exoteric.  In that time I've learned about people, cultures and what brings us all together.
