Claire is an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching expertise, specialising in Montessori and primary school education. She has a particular passion for working with children aged 4-7 and currently leads reading in her academy trust as well as phonics and Geography in her school. Claire is driven by a love of learning, both in the classroom and beyond, constantly seeking new ways to inspire curiosity in her students. She is also a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer and has a Level 4 qualification in nutrition. As a mother to a boy and a girl, as well as caring for many pets: dogs, chickens, ducks and even bees, Claire understands the balance between family life and nurturing a love for learning. In every episode, Claire brings her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching to help children flourish academically and develop a lifelong passion for discovery. 

Lucy is a seasoned childcare professional with a passion for working with children that has shaped her entire career. From a young age, she knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of young ones, and after earning her NVQ 3 qualification in childcare, Lucy took her skills abroad, spending over 10 years as a private nanny in Switzerland. Upon returning to the UK, Lucy continued her work as a nanny in London before transitioning to childminding after having her two children – a son and a daughter. With decades of hands-on experience and a wealth of knowledge in early childhood development, Lucy is a trusted expert who knows the ins and outs of nurturing and supporting children during their formative years.

Olivia is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in the primary classroom. Having taught students across all age groups, she now specialises in working with 7-11 year olds. Olivia has lived and worked in the US, Canada, and Germany, bringing a rich, global perspective to her teaching approach. Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, her research on children's learning techniques has been published. As a mother of two girls, Olivia understands first-hand the challenges and joys of raising children and guiding them through their educational journey. Her deep love for teaching and commitment to empowering students shines through in every episode, where she shares valuable insights and practical advice to help children thrive academically and personally.
