Lucy is a seasoned childcare professional with a passion for working with children that has shaped her entire career. From a young age, she knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of young ones, and after earning her NVQ 3 qualification in childcare, Lucy took her skills abroad, spending over 10 years as a private nanny in Switzerland. Upon returning to the UK, Lucy continued her work as a nanny in London before transitioning to childminding after having her two children – a son and a daughter. With decades of hands-on experience and a wealth of knowledge in early childhood development, Lucy is a trusted expert who knows the ins and outs of nurturing and supporting children during their formative years.
