Angela Pointer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Clemson University and a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology & Development from Walden University. With 27 years of experience in healthcare, including 18 years dedicated to Talent Acquisition, Angela has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams at esteemed organizations such as the University of Maryland Medical System, Go Health Urgent Care, DeKalb Medical (now part of Emory Healthcare). and Duke University Health System.

Angela is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association for Healthcare Recruitment (NAHCR), where she serves on the Education Committee and as a co-host for the NAHCR podcast. She is also involved with the American Nurses Association/Virginia Nurses Association and serve as Co-Chair of the Community Connections Committee for the Black Nurse Collaborative.
