We all know the benefits of exercise and movement, so finding ways to add movement is so important!  In this episode, we discuss the benefits of adding a short sequence of ancient Chinese movements (lymphatic hops, arm swings, trunk twists, golf swings, marches, etc.) to your existing routine.  Adding even a short 5-10 minute sequence can improve circulation, lymphatic flow, flexibility...just to name a few!
