This episode builds on what we talked about in Episode 90- the benefits of adding a short sequence of ancient Chinese movements (lymphatic hops, arm swings, trunk twists, golf swings, marches, etc.) to your existing exercise routine. Adding even a short 1-2 minute sequence a couple times during your day, can deliver major cardiovascular benefits.
