This episode was inspired by the James Clear quote, "The days can be easy if the years are consistent.  You can write a book or get in shape or code a piece of software in 30 minutes per day.  But the key is you can’t miss a bunch of days."

In this episode we talk about the importance of consistency and working in small chunks of time.  New things seem doable, when we practice a habit or work on a task for short periods of time each day.  Doing this over time, without missing a bunch of days, leads to significant progress.  Using this strategy, we don't need a "major change" or a "complete overhaul".  We just need to stay consistent with small changes and the results will follow.
