In this episode, part 4, we're talking about improving heart health through reducing screen time.  We'll discuss 3 ways that screen time increases risk for heart disease and what we can do about it.  

Although we realize that screens are here to stay, we can take small steps to reduce screen time.  Reducing overall screen time will likely mean more activity and movement, improved sleep, and less chronic stress.
