It's a good question to ask ourselves, "Which of my habits are out-of-line with the person I aspire to be?"

When our daily habits and way of life reflect our values, we feel great- energy is good and we feel a sense of ease.  But we all have times when life gets messy and our habits don't line up with our values and who we aspire to be.  

In this episode, we'll talk about why those messy times don't feel so good and what we can do about it.  The bottom line is this--- being healthy is about living and moving through your day feeling good. When we experience that flow, we can enjoy moving through our days with ease and feeling like ourselves.
