In the previous episode we talked about adding moments or experiences that make us feel more ALIVE and more energized.  

As we make room for those things, let's also think about distractions (or "noise") that are weighing us down and how we may cut out the distractions. 

Distractions may include things like these-

Scrolling aimlessly on social media...

Procrastination which ends up feeling heavy...

Comparing yourself with others on social media...

Watching tv...

Constant notifications demanding your attention...

These are just a few examples of distractions that drain our energy and keep us from our best.  So, before adding more, maybe it makes sense to see what we can eliminate to free us up, mentally and emotionally, for MORE of what we want!
