As we discussed in our last episode, tracking data with wearable technology can be a great TOOL when used properly.  In this episode, I share a story about a client who used a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)  to track her blood sugar and learn more about the impact of food choices on her blood sugar level. 

In this instance, using the CGM was a transformative experience and it allowed her to connect specific foods to a specific physiological response... in REAL TIME!  So instead of approaching foods as "good" or "bad", she was considering food choices based on her experience and the known impact on her blood sugar.
