As humans, we all have an innate need for growth- physically, emotionally, and psychologically.  

When we're growing, we feel more alive and resilient!  When we're stagnant, we often experience boredom or anxiousness, or even feel like something's "off" or missing. 

In this episode, we discuss our need for growth and what this looks like with respect to our habits and our daily lives.  We can start by asking ourselves, "Where do I need to stretch myself more?"
