This episode is based on this simple truth...If you’re not intentionally feeding your mind, the world will do it for you.  

In this episode we talk about the input we get from the world around us (by default), that's often designed to grab our attention, stimulate emotion, or keep us scrolling. 

On the other hand, we can intentionally CHOOSE or design the INPUT our brain receives.  This is important because our INPUT (whether it's good or bad) "primes" our brains and impacts our actions and our emotions.
