Bob Sinclair Jr. is the owner and general manager of Sinclair Communications, a privately owned media company operating multiple radio stations in Coastal Virginia and Austin, Texas, including 96X WROX-FM, US106.1 Real Country, 93.7 BOB FM, WTAR Talk Radio, and WNIS News Talk. Raised in the radio industry, Bob began working in broadcasting at a young age and later assumed leadership of the company founded by his family, with a continued focus on local programming, live DJs, and community engagement.

In 2005, Bob founded what has become the largest tuna fishing tournament on the East Coast by participation, growing it from a small promotional event into a major competition with more than 100 boats and substantial prize payouts.
