
Marieke Blom
Marieke Blom has been chief economist at ING in the Netherlands since 2014. Her
Research team in Amsterdam analyses a broad range of economic issues: from
monetary policy and the Dutch housing market to developments in specific sectors, sustainability and technology.
Marieke is a member of the board of the Royal Netherlands Economic Association
(Koninklijke Vereniging voor de Staatshuishoudkunde, KVS) – the oldest association of economists in the world. She is also a member of the independent advisory committee of the National Growth Fund (Nationaal Groeifonds).
