Adam Cooper
Adam Cooper is a digital technology innovator and digital transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors. His work focuses on digital identity, trust services and large-scale government technology programmes.
He has advised organisations including the World Bank, supporting digital development, identity systems and information security projects across multiple countries. Adam has also contributed to international standards development through bodies such as the British Standards Institution, ISO, the OpenID Foundation and the W3C.
He has worked with the UK Government, the European Commission and UNCITRAL on cross-border digital identity interoperability and the development of legal frameworks for digital trade and trust services.
