SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Roots of the Rise with me, Sarah Hope. This is the membership episode. I am really excited to finally share the details of something I have wanted to create for a long time. As someone who teaches workshops and facilitates trainings, one of the most common questions I get at the beginning of every class is: Am I going to get notes? People want the slides, the resources, the journal prompts, the practices they can actually come back to. For a very long time, I have wanted to be able to support all of my people in one consistent place. My podcast listeners, workshop attendees, past and present one-on-one clients, meditation students, everyone, all in one easy accessible location. And that is exactly why I have created the Rising with Sarah app, which you can download right on your phone. Inside the app, you will find the podcast episodes, guided meditations, journal prompts, resources, and community support designed to nourish your inner world while honoring where you are right now. This app is especially for women doing real inner work who want easy, consistent ways to stay on track and be supported across many aspects of healing and inner development without feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there. I want to share just a little bit of my story so you understand where this comes from. For the first 30 years of my life, I lived with persistent depression and anxiety, constantly trying to figure everything out on my own. I tried traditional therapy, medication, all the healthy things and the unhealthy ways that you're supposed to be able to heal. All the ways that you're told will help in some way, but nothing truly shifted things for me. I grew up in a home marked by emotional abuse. In my mid-20s, both my adopted mother and my biological mother passed away within 36 hours of each other. Three months later, I went through a divorce. In the years that followed, I experienced a house fire, the loss of both my dogs, a second divorce miscarriage, and the passing of both my fathers. I share this not for your sympathy, not to overwhelm you, to help you understand why I care so deeply about making healing sustainable. Through all of it, I was left with the same question so many people carry. How do I become okay again? Is that even possible? I don't feel like I was ever really okay. And this journey is exhausting. For me, everything began to change when I found Ayurveda, then heart-based meditation, craniosacral therapy, spiritual mentoring, energy healing, and shamanic practices. I know that's a lot of different modalities to mention, but I don't think healing is a one-stop shop. I think healing is something that you come to across many layers, across many different types of philosophies and knowledge. Sometimes we need to hear about things in a bunch of different ways in order for us to really be able to get it, in order for things to finally click. At first, I understood what I should be doing, but I struggled to do it consistently. Through the practices I later became certified in, I learned not just what helps people heal, but how to make that healing integratable, sustainable, maybe even a little bit enjoyable eventually. My life went from gray to technicolor, from functional depression to genuine joy. I have now spent over 10,000 hours studying consciousness-based integrative healing, not just to heal myself, though that was the original need, but to understand how to help others do the same. Because if I can move from the shell of who I once was to feeling so deeply grateful and in love with my life as I do now, I truly believe you can too. Over the past decade, I've worked with so many women who felt like they were never going to find relief from the pain they carried. Women who were walking the same path I was, going from not even knowing where to start, not even feeling like real change was possible, to knowing what they should do, but still feeling blocked by something invisible. Women who were simply tired, tired of the journey, wondering if it ever really ends. And I've watched them go from that to joining me in this place of being really excited about the potential that exists for us, our true potential for health and healing and happiness. But it takes time and it takes support. Sometimes we hear about a concept, but we can't really integrate it or fully grasp it. Maybe you've read Tara Brock's Radical Acceptance, but still can't access acceptance when you actually need it. Maybe you love Mel Robbins Let Them theory, but every time you try to let them, you just can't quite do it. Maybe you've read about soul contracts and spirit guides, but have questions and no one to ask them to. I want to offer steady, ongoing support that helps you actually integrate what you're learning, whether that's through the podcast, doing the journal prompts, listening to guided visualizations, or working with me one-on-one. Inside the app, you will find three different options. The one most podcast listeners are going to be interested in is the Roots of the Rise episode notes and prompts. So if you choose to join and become a member of that, you will get an easy link to all Roots of the Rise podcast episodes. You know what you're getting with this podcast. Short, bite-sized episodes on a variety of topics, all designed to help you move forward with your healing on all levels. Within this, you will have exclusive bonus episodes released just to you, as well as guided meditations connected to the episodes when relevant. For example, remember the energetic boundaries episode? As a member, you'll receive a guided energetic boundaries audio designed to help you actually practice and integrate what I shared in that episode. You will also get notes for each episode highlighting the most important pieces and giving you the journal prompts in a really easy-to-access way. No more trying to remember them later or needing to fast-forward through an episode to find what you're looking for. Members will get all the prompts easily laid out for you so you can really focus in on the topic and either think about them all at once or do one a day. I also have those prompts organized by topic. So later on, if you find you're struggling with forgiveness, for instance, you can easily find all the prompts related to forgiveness. You will also have access to a resource library with meditations, rituals, workbooks, everything in one place, so you can come back when you want to dive deeper into a topic some later time. This will grow and grow the longer this app exists. There's also a private community thread in the app with weekly input from me. So you can connect with other people who get it, who are on the journey with you. When you're struggling at 10 p.m., you can reach out. You don't have to remember the question that you have. Just reach over, write it on the community thread, and leave it. I'll check it at least once a week and respond. This is about taking these episodes from Brief Taster to a more embodied level. The membership is just$14.99 a month, and you can find it by going to risingwithsarah.com and scrolling down to a button that says get the app. I'll link it in the show notes too. You will see two other options if you choose to download the app. I want to let you know about them even if they're not yet applicable to you, just so you know what you're looking at. They are also not quite ready for release yet. I'm still working on loading in all of the content. So as I describe them, if they sound good to you, stay tuned. I'll let you know when they are ready for you. One of them is something called Heart-Based Meditation Support, which is available to those who have completed the heart-based meditation training with me or another certified teacher, and have attended at least one meditation retreat. This will include mini courses on the heart-based meditation practices like heart centering, different types of breath work, practice refreshers, and guided meditations for subconscious reprogramming. The third option you'll see if you downloaded the app is called Mentoring Client Support, which is designed for my past and present one-on-one clients. This includes access to both the Heart-Based Meditation Support and the Roots of the Rise podcast support, as well as additional Ayurvedic information, guided meditations, and breathwork practices. So as I mentioned, those last two options, the heart-based meditation support and the mentoring client support, are just not ready yet. I am working on it and getting the content loaded in, but we're not quite there yet. So I will let you know when they are ready for you. Now, what I'm really excited about is that all of this lives in an app that you can download right on your phone. This was something that was really important to me when I thought about all the different ways that I could potentially set up membership options. I did not want you to have to go to your computer to listen to a guided meditation. I don't know about you, but if I'm lying in bed struggling to fall asleep, I want to be able to simply reach for my phone, open an app, tap my favorites, and listen to a guided relaxation or heart centering practice to help me drift off. And if a question comes up as I'm laying there, I want to be able to quickly type it into the community forum while it's fresh without walking downstairs to turn a computer or trying to remember it the next day. That's why I'm so excited that this isn't an app that just gets to live on your phone. If you have any questions about these options, please email me at Sarah at risingwithsarah.com. Or if you're ready to see what it's all about, go to risingwithsarah.com, scroll down, and click that button that says Get the Rising with Sarah app. Your first three days are free with the monthly membership options, and you can cancel at any time. I am so grateful and thrilled to be able to offer this to you. And I hope you'll join me as we continue to rise together. Remember, know who you are, love who you've been, and be willing to do the work to become who you are meant to be.
