Speaker

Hello and welcome to the membership episode.I’m really excited to finally share something I’ve wanted to create for a long time. As someone who teaches workshops and facilitates trainings, one of the most common questions I get is, “Do you have notes?” People want the slides, the resources, the journal prompts—the practices they can actually return to.For years, I’ve wanted a way to support all of my people—podcast listeners, workshop attendees, and past and present 1:1 clients—in one consistent, accessible place. That’s exactly why I created a membership through Patreon, which you can access easily on your computer or through their app on your phone.Inside the membership, you’ll find podcast episodes, guided meditations, journal prompts, resources, and community support—designed to help you grow and learn and become who you’re meant to be nourish your inner world while honoring where you are right now. This membership is especially for anyone doing real inner work who wants easy, consistent ways to stay on track and feel supported across many aspects of healing and inner development—without feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there. It’s for the person who wants to be reminded about best sleep practices one week, and how to set up energetic boundaries the next—with a guided meditation to actually help them practice it.It’s for the person who is equally interested in emotional mastery and in learning how to connect with their intuition. For the first 30 years of my life, I lived with persistent depression and anxiety, constantly trying to figure everything out on my own. I tried traditional therapy, medication, and all the things I was told should help—but nothing truly shifted things at the root.It wasn’t until I found Ayurveda and began to understand that we heal on multiple levels, not just one. The physical isn’t more important than the emotional. The spiritual isn’t more important than the mental. They are all equally important. They are different legs of the same table—when you work on one, you strengthen them all. That understanding helped me shift from constant anxiety and depression—programs that were barely functional—to living a life I once couldn’t imagine was possible for me.At first, I understood what I “should” be doing—but I struggled with consistency. I had the knowledge. Integrating that knowledge? That was the hard part.Through practices like heart-based meditation, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and spiritual mentoring—modalities I later became certified in—I learned not just what helps people heal, but how to make that healing integratable. My life went from gray to technicolor. From functional depression to genuine joy.I’ve now spent over 10,000 hours studying consciousness-based, integrative healing—not just to heal myself, but to understand how to help others do the same. Because if I can move from the shell of who I once was to feeling deeply grateful and in love with my life, I truly believe you can too.Over the past decade, I’ve worked with so many people who felt like they were never going to find relief from the pain they carried. People who knew what they should do but felt blocked by something invisible. People who were simply… tired. Tired of the journey. Wondering if it ever really ends.Maybe you’ve read Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach but still can’t access acceptance when you actually need it.Maybe you love Mel Robbins’ “Let Them” theory, but every time you try to implement it, you realize you can’t quite… let them.Maybe you’ve read about soul contracts and spirit guides but still have questions—and no one to ask.I want to offer steady, ongoing support that helps you truly integrate what you’re learning. Inside my Patreon membership, there are several ways I’ll help you do that.First, you’ll have an easy, centralized link to all Roots of the Rise podcast episodes. You already know what you’re getting there—short, bite-sized episodes on a wide variety of topics, all designed to support healing on every level. One thing that’s become clear to me over this decade of working with others—and more than four decades of applying these teachings to my own life—is that we all need reminders. That’s what these podcast episodes are: reminders. For you. For me. Gentle returns to the nuances, the common pitfalls, and the deep joys of this lifelong journey of remembering who we truly are.Within the membership, you’ll also receive exclusive bonus episodes released just for you.I’m especially excited to offer guided meditations connected to the episodes when relevant. Remember the energetic boundaries episode? As a member, you’ll receive a guided energetic boundaries audio designed to help you actually practice and embody what I shared there. You’ll also get an easy-to-access list of the journal prompts from every episode. No more trying to remember them later or fast-forwarding through an episode to find what you’re looking for. They’re listed within each episode notes, but also organized into topic-based collections, so if you’re struggling with something specific—like forgiveness—you can go deeper into that theme intentionally.I’m doing the same with the guided meditations. So if, six months from now, you’re craving an evening relaxation contemplation but can’t remember which episode it was in, you can simply open the guided audio folder and find it there. And this library will continue to grow the longer the membership exists. There are also chat spaces within the app—one where you can ask questions, and another where you can suggest topics. I’m here for you. What do you want to learn about? I’ll never run out of topics, but I want this to be as useful and relevant as possible—so guide me.This membership takes the podcast from a brief taster into a more embodied, integrated experience. It’s $9.99 a month. Your first week is free, and you can cancel at any time. You’ll find the link in the show notes of every episode.I’m so grateful to be able to offer this kind of steady, grounded support—and I hope you’ll join me as we continue to rise together. s
