Mike Gardner is Maritime's Teaching and Learning Lead and works within our Education Research Team. With over 13 years experience in primary education, Mike has taught in all ages, from Nursery through to Year 6. Currently, Mike is responsible for leding our ECT programme, Teaching CPD pathways and supporting school leaders and classroom teachers with pedagogy and practice.

Amy is Maritime Academy Trust's CPD lead and has overseen a large scale shift towards a new way of CPD across the Trust. This includes the implementation of a digital CPD platform as well as innovating the way schools deliver training using a hybrid model.

Omar is Headteacher at Nightingale Primary School in Woolwich. As an NCETM specialist and an experienced educational leader, Omar has implemented innovative CPD approaches within the school as well as leading professional maths mastery development for teachers across South East London.
Sarah is Deputy Head at Bligh Primary School as well as being Early Education Lead for Maritime Academy Trust. Sarah leads Bligh's 0 to 3 offer and works closely with Christian and her school team across Early Years and Key Stage 1.
