Mike Gardner
Mike Gardner is Maritime's Teaching and Learning Lead and works within our Education Research Team. With over 13 years experience in primary education, Mike has taught in all ages, from Nursery through to Year 6. Currently, Mike is responsible for leding our ECT programme, Teaching CPD pathways and supporting school leaders and classroom teachers with pedagogy and practice.
