Good morning, everybody. Today is Friday, July 17th, 2026. And this is your morning tea with Coach Kennedy. Last week we dove into redeeming our identity with Eric Moyer. This week we're going to speak with Tara Wisco, who is an intuitive healer who helps women free themselves from internal blocks, energy clutter, and outdated identities so they can create the bodies, lives, and relationships they desire. Stay tuned. Hi, Tara. Welcome to the show. Hello, Miss Sarah. Thank you so much for having me. No problem. Thank you for being here. Would you like to tell us a little bit about yourself and how you started your journey? Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

So as Sarah said, I'm Tara Wisco. I'm an intuitive healer, life reinvention expert. I work with women in helping them release the internal blocks that are keeping them stuck in a life, in a body, in the identity that is absolutely outdated. And no matter what they try, no matter what they do, they can't move through it. They don't know how to get out of it. They believe they're stuck, and in truth, they're really not. They're just blocked energetically. And so I work really diligently in clearing women of these blocks, helping them learn to love themselves and value themselves and begin to boldly choose the life that they desire for themselves. And it's really about self-expression, self-choice. It started for me when I was eight, when I found out on my eighth birthday that my dad, who I thought was my dad, was actually not mine. He was my stepdad. And it was an eight-year-long secret that was accidentally shared with me. And I discovered on that day that there's a reason why I have brown hair and brown eyes. And my mom and quote unquote dad and two sisters had blonde hair and blue eyes. So in that moment of discovering that my dad wasn't mine, and I had a different biological father that hadn't chose to be in my life when he discovered my existence, I started to shift identities. I started to be who I believed I had to be in order to not be rejected or abandoned from people I loved. And so my journey started there. We're looking at like almost, almost 40 years ago, that I started in that journey of losing myself, being, I look at it and having different masks. I literally in my mind see it is I had a mask that I wore to be the daughter that I needed to be. I had a mask that I wore to be the granddaughter, a mask to be the friend, a mask to be in school as a student, as an employee. I would put a different mask on every single second that I came into encountered with other people so that I showed up as who they wanted me to be and they would accept me. So that's where my journey started. And as I evolved and grew and continued to lose myself and my truth, I reached 338 pounds and was deemed morbidly obese. And that journey started a very long process of trying to lose the weight through through steps and choices that were really unhealthy: starvation, deprivation. I began to struggle with bulimia. I really had a hard time with losing the weight. And eventually suicide became the only outlet that I could figure out that would help me get out of this life that I didn't know how to live. I felt like I was given this life that was just given to me, and it was a shitty life. And I felt like I had to figure it out of how to be okay in it. And it wasn't until my middle son, I have three boys, that he saved my life by asking me this question: Are you gonna die, mama? And I realized he was telling me I had a choice. And in that moment, I realized that all along I've been letting life live me rather than me live life and show up as my truth and be who I desire to be. And once I started to learn to love myself through the journey, I lost 220 pounds in my own. And I began to step into the space of weight loss coaching for women. But I knew that in that journey, it had to also include healing. Because if we don't heal internally, if we don't learn to love ourselves and speak kindly to ourselves and value ourselves, no matter what you do to try to lose weight or to change your life, it'll never stick. It'll never stay because we're doing it for external purposes, not internal. And then three years ago, exactly this month, my baby sister was diagnosed with stage four bile duct cancer, and within seven months, she was gone. And losing her opened me up to step into my calling of being a healer, and that's what brings me to who I am today and has fully helped me discover who I was created to be and why I was put on this earth.

SPEAKER_00

How did losing your sister make your spiritual awakening happen for you? Yeah, I love that question.

SPEAKER_02

So five days after her burial service, I was sitting outside and I was listening to music. I was doing anything I could to try to pull myself out of the grief. And in that moment, I started to ask myself if her name was Trisha. She had a bone disease, she was four foot ten, she had uh brain lesions, she had seizures, she didn't have the easiest of life. And so I started to ask myself as I sat there, did Trisha really like live her best life? Was she happy? Like, did she feel like she had a purpose in this life? And all of a sudden I heard in my voice this question that said, You're so worried about Trisha, but have you thought to think about yourself? And this very strong message came through to me, and my entire body just opened like it became overcome with goosebumps. And I realized that I was so outside of thinking about my own life. And I realized that I have been constantly saying something's missing from my life. I can't figure out what my purpose is. I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I would throw shit at the wall and see what would stick and just watch it slide down the wall and be like, well, I guess that's not it. So I'd go on to the next thing. I'd try all these things, and I had no, Sarah, I had no fucking idea of who I was. I had no idea who Tara was. No idea. I didn't know what I liked, I didn't know what I wanted to do. I just did what everybody wanted me to do. So in that moment, I realized that I'd been living behind fake identities. And so I started to drop in and do journaling. That's the only thing I could think of doing. And then I received an email from this person. I had no idea who she was that said, I need you to go through this workshop called identity shifting. I don't know why I'm meant to send it to you, but I'm gonna send it to you. I didn't know who this woman was. Today I know it was my sister, my sister, because as I backtracked, I realized that my sister knew this woman, and somehow this woman knew she needed to send it to me. And so I went into this workshop of identity shifting, and at the end of it was a meditation. And I was gonna opt out of the meditation because I've never been able to meditate, and I heard you need to stick through it. This one's going to be different. And so I went into the meditation, and as I walked down the path and I sat down on this bench, Trisha was on my left-hand side as I sat there. And all of a sudden, I was directed to look to my right, and my higher self was there. And she said to me, I have been waiting a long time for you. I'm so glad you're here. You are a healer, you were created to be a healer, and the world needs you now more than ever. And I instantly had this relief wash over me, and I started to cry on the bench because all of a sudden I saw myself for the very first time in this meditation of who I was. And I had no doubt. And when I looked to the left, Trisha was gone. And so I knew she'd led me into that meditation to bring me to my higher self. And as I continued to move forward from that day, I started to receive intuitive downloads, messages. Go here, do this. And every time I went there, I was met with a message that I was meant to receive. I went to a mystical shop. I've been to many of them, I've always found them interesting. This time when I went in, my body started to vibrate. I started to hold crystals, and my different parts of my body would respond to the crystals. And I started to open up and open up. People came into my life to be mentors, to guide me, to teach me, to help me hone my skills. And so that Trisha leading me into that, and also I feel like just that crashing and burning in the grief of losing her and having to look at my life and say, Holy shit, you're 43 years old. When are you gonna get your shit figured out? Because you could die tomorrow, and you don't think you've ever lived your purpose.

SPEAKER_00

That is a beautiful story. Very, very moving. And I could I could really see how your sister could be sitting there next to you guiding you. It's just amazing. It says that your journey, you said, or you said that your journey has been filled with massive transformation and that you've lost 220 pounds. Um what was the pivotal moment that changed everything for you? Was that your sister's passing?

SPEAKER_02

No, actually, that would have been my final suicidal attempt when my son walked in and asked me, Are you going to die, mama? That moment was what really brought me home to understand that I tried everything to lose weight, hurting myself, speaking terrible things to myself. The only thing I'd not tried was love. And that's what I heard in that moment. Tara, your only way out of here is out of this, is to love yourself as much as you love your boys. And I started to speak kindly to myself. I started to do mirror work and I started to embrace the woman. I knew that I had to learn to love the woman looking back at me in the mirror, regardless of whether I liked how she looked, regardless of whether I was okay with the body that she was living in. I had to love her so unconditionally, and there, from that space, I was going to be able to lose the weight. And that moment is where everything started to shift for me, and I started to do the inner work without realizing I was doing inner work. And I'll be honest with you, I only healed partially internally because I got to the point of being able to love myself, and then I became addicted to the process, addicted to the weight loss, addicted to seeing that the pounds were dropping and that I could do it. That became an addiction. And so I lost focus on internal healing and focused on doing the external things, the walking, the working out, eating healthier, drinking water. That became my process of it. And so then in later years, losing Trisha, that's when I really realized that externally I had transformed my body. But internally, I was still an absolute mess.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I can see how that could be. And when we lose somebody, and even if we feel like the grieving period is quote unquote done, it never that pain really never goes away. We just learn how to deal with it and live with it better as time goes on. It's still gonna hurt even the slightest amount, especially if they truly meant something to us, like a sister or a relative, loved one. So true.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. I think you learn. I feel, I feel personally myself, the stronger we are in our own foundation of self-love and self-worth, the easier the grieving is because we're we're able to hold on to those memories and love those memories, and we're able to process the pain in a better way than when I think about prior to where I am now, the loss would cause me to self-sabotage, binge eat, do things to try to numb myself. And now I don't I don't try to numb myself. I let myself be present with the pain and work through it. It's not comfortable, but it's a healthier grieving process. But it still hurts so much, just like you said.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I I totally agree. The more that we love ourselves, the more that we show compassion to ourselves and we truly are connected with our body, soul, and mind as one, then we can endure so much more. It's a it's an amazing experience. You know, for me, when I was going through my hardships before my spiritual awakening, I was a complete mess. And I too had suicidal thoughts. And the thing it's actually ironic that we're talking about losing your sister because my little sister, she started having those thoughts and it was affecting her.

unknown

Wow.

SPEAKER_00

And so the only thing that stopped me from because I had I was planning, I knew what outfit I was going to wear, I knew the way that I was going to do it, I had the note rehearsed, everything. And I was like, Yep, I'm I'm okay with it. And I had made peace that I was no longer gonna be here, I wasn't thinking about my family anymore, anything of any of that. But the one thing that stopped me was her because she was starting to pick up on my images that I was having, and she has two little kids, and I couldn't take them away from her little kids because she was starting to get those tendencies also, because she was picking up on my energy, and I said, No, you have to get help because if you don't get help, then if you go through with it, how is it gonna affect her? So she's always been my saving grace.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and you know, honestly, I feel like our guides, we all have spiritual guides, whether we choose to know them or connect with them, every single one of us, because we're all spirits in having a human experience, right? And so our guides will speak through people that love us. And you know, I call it a mat truck experience. Likely you had the signs of you need to go for help, you need to work through this, and you just weren't receiving it from your guides, you weren't receiving it from the signs that were coming to you. And so our guides will give us a Mac truck experience like your sister and work through your sister to bring it into awareness of how that is affecting her to also it brings you home to be like, oh my gosh, like this is this is really affecting her. And that helps us to then get on the aligned path of working for ourselves. And so I'm so proud of you for seeing those signs coming through and allowing your sister to open you up to know that there was something so much better for you. And not only did you save your life, you saved hers, and you saved your your niece, your nieces or niece and nephew. And you know, honestly, it's not just them, it's years and generations beyond that one decision you made, that one decision I made, right? When we look at it together, generations have been saved because we decided to choose life. Exactly.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's a nice feeling to be able to know that we lived past something that was probably meant to kill us, and we've healed, and we can be more mindful, more present, more aware. It says that you created a signature process, unravel, upgrade, up level to help women transform their lives. Can you walk us through what that process looks like and how it changes everything?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. I'd love to. It's part of my six-month program, She Rises, and the very first phase is, as you said, the unravel. And it's at each phase is two months. In the unravel, it's unbecoming who you've always been. It's releasing out the negative beliefs and negative emotions that have been keeping you stuck in operating and functioning through this programming of believing that you have to be said individual. So we have beliefs like I'm not good enough, I'm not worthy of love, I'll never be successful, money doesn't come to me. All of these limiting beliefs that actually cause us to live small. We don't, we don't strive, we don't dream, we survive, is what ends up happening. And in the unravel, we're releasing it all out. We're pulling it out. I use meditation, I use visualizations, I use my modalities of neurolinguistic programming, energy clearing, integrated energy therapy, mental emotional release. So I'm deeply involved in helping each of these women that come into my program to shift it out of them. So when they get to the end of the unravel, they will say to me, I don't know if I knew how who I am. I feel like I'm empty. And this is a celebratory moment because we have fucking done it. We have gotten rid of all the inner programming that has told them that they suck, that they'll never be happy, that they don't get to be the woman they want to be. It's gone. And then we get to go into the upgrade. And in the upgrade, this is where we begin to build the foundation of bringing in their authentic self. So we begin to input the thoughts and the language and the emotions. We start to shift how they show up for themselves and the actions that they take. And then the last two months, we go into the up level. And this is where we bring them fully home, where they begin to become their future self. Who is it they desire to be in the future? Who are they becoming? And through the work that we do together, they fully embody her and they become her as though she already is her. And they start living in a three or sorry, 5D consciousness. So we go from 3D consciousness in the unravel to 4D consciousness in the up level or the upgrade, sorry, and then we're in the 5D consciousness in the up level. So it's a full life transformation, body transformation, because they're no longer in the victim mentality and and mindset, and we've moved into embodying our highest version and operating at our highest frequency.

SPEAKER_00

I love that. And it's so freeing when you let go of those limiting beliefs. And you really do. You kind of feel empty, and you're like, who the hell am I? Do I know who I am? I thought I knew who I was, and now I'm like, holy shit, I I know I know something about myself. And you know, I've I'll talk to like family or friends, and they're like, I know who I am, and I'm like, okay, well, just let you believe whatever you want, because I've I've been through the a spiritual awakening, and honey, I can see that you clearly don't know who you think you do, but you don't. Like you just I'm not talking about your lack of better words, lower vibrational self. I'm talking about the higher vibrational self. Do you know who you truly are up above here? Not where you are at we'll say ground level, but I'm talking elevated. And generally, no, people don't really know who they truly are. And I just and I'm just like, okay, well, nice to meet you. You can stay on your ground level. I'm gonna be up here to catch you on the next life.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Well, it I didn't know that there was a higher level of me. Like, I literally, as as your Talking about these individuals, I can resonate because that was me. Like when people would say, Well, literally, I didn't know who I was. And so I remember one time filling out a resume, and I got to the hobbies, and I had no idea what to put down. So I asked my friends and my family what their hobbies were, and that's what I put on my resume. Thank God they never really asked that, but I didn't know who I was. And so to think that there was a higher version of myself, what do you mean there's a higher version of myself? Like that she didn't exist to me. I couldn't get there. And so it most people have no idea, she or he, because this goes to men as well, that it's available to them. And it's you and I, it's it's others that are doing the work that we're doing as we're planting those seeds. At one point in time, the seed's gonna leave our mouth, it's gonna leave our mind, it's gonna leave our body as a collective, and it's gonna float and it's gonna land exactly where it needs to when that individual's ready, and they'll start to open up to the idea and they'll start to hear it. But until they're ready to hear it, you can talk until you're blue in the face and they just can't hear it. And that's not like shame or judgment or blame, because man, I was deaf to it for years. It's just when we're ready, and then it's deciding. It's like you become aware of it, then you have to say, okay, yeah, I admit my life sucks and I'm ready to change it. Then you have to take the action. That's a three A's that I always work with, right? Like awareness, admit, and then action. And that's where we get stuck. Because we can become aware of a lot of things and not do a damn thing about it. And then we just stay where we are at, and nothing changes because nothing changes if nothing changes.

SPEAKER_00

Right. I do think though that some of it is uncontrollable. Like if you become aware, spiritually aware, and uh awaken to the higher that there is a higher version of ourselves, the changes are just gonna happen without you even really trying to make those changes happen. It's it's inevitable, and it's kind of like you no longer have control over your body and your mind, and you're like, Am I going crazy? Yes, because I feel like I kind of am sometimes, but we're really not.

SPEAKER_02

It's just the growth. So true. Yeah, you are very right. Like when it's meant to be, you will be pulled into the different levels of transformation that you need to be. And I think that it's true to say that your experience will depend upon whether you're open to flow with it or you're gonna fight it. And if I'm honest, I usually fight it. So the experience is really horrendous and it's so much harder than it needs to be. If I would just flow and be like, okay, I'm gonna let it go, I'm just gonna get on the rainy river, and I'm just gonna flow down this and let it happen. Shit, it would be the most amazing experience. But oh no, no, not Terra style. We gotta fight the whole way through.

SPEAKER_00

Sometimes, sometimes I fight it, and sometimes I'm just like, you know what, this is exhausting fighting this change that's gonna that's inevitable. So I'm just gonna go with it and we're gonna have fun. And I might like scream along the way. It's kind of like you're on a zipline, and it's so scary that you're like I like quote unquote flying through the air as you're leveling, and you're like, this is so scary, but it's so fun. Woohoo! Yes. Uh what do what role do generational imprints play in our current body or life struggles? Can you can you say that to me again? What role do generational imprints play in our current body or life struggles?

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Oh my gosh. Generationally, this is one thing that I uncover in the mental emotional release and the neurolinguistic programming. When I tap into my client's subconscious mind, and I'm we locate or we identify that we have a limiting emotion or we have a limiting belief. I asked their subconscious mind when this belief became true for them, or when the very first moment they experienced this negative emotion of fear, anger, shame, guilt, doubt, frustration, their subconscious mind speaks to me because we don't know this consciously. 95% of our day is lived in the unconscious. So this is all the old programming. And so often, when it comes to the negative emotions, when I say, if you were to know, was it before, during, or after your birth, those negative emotions are never during and they're never after. They're always before. And before, sometimes it's in the womb, or most often it's passed down in a past life, or passed down generationally. And generationally, these are these are beliefs and emotions that have occurred down through the generations, and they have continued to live in the genealogical space of our family, our dynamics. And so they continue to pass down and pass down and pass down. So for instance, I had a belief that I will always struggle in life. This came from six generations ago. So this originated six generations ago before my grandparents, before my great-grandparents, and it has continued. When I look back to my family, when I look at my grandparents, and I look at my parents, they've lived as though they have to struggle. And it's me releasing that out and saying that this no longer has to be true for me. I'm watching my boys' lives. Yes, they have their struggles, but they're self-inflicted with the choices of not that they make, but it's not that they have to. They don't stay stuck in it. They're choosing not to be stuck in the belief that they have to struggle and they're making crazy great things happen for themselves. Things that I never experienced in the ease and flow of life. And so generationally, it'll continue to live in our family, in our hereditary like space until we release it out. This is why it's so very important that we begin to release this and we decide. Some of us are the spearheaders of our family, where we'll begin to be the one that says, I'm healing this, I'm gonna heal this out of me, I'm gonna get rid of these thoughts and these beliefs and these emotions, these wounds. I'm I'm letting these ancient wounds go because that means it ends here with me, and every generation beyond no longer has to struggle with this. Does that answer your question?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's beautiful. Um that makes total sense because you know the things that we have learned from generations, we're not gonna know any differently unless we choose to change that, and then we can instill that in our children, like you said, and then they're gonna have different beliefs, and then yeah, beautiful. What are some of the biggest lies that women believe about worth, weight, or success?

SPEAKER_02

Oh my gosh, the word enough is so heavy in there. I am not good enough, I'm not worthy enough, I'm not lovable enough, I'm not smart enough, I'm not pretty enough, I'll never be good enough. You know, that word enough tied with any of those phrases radically limits a woman's ability to move through any struggle that she's got. And in fact, it'll keep her stuck from even believing it. So she just won't try. And and she'll stay stuck where she is. And so most often when a woman comes to me and says, I need to lose weight, and we start to drop into why they've been struggling with it, is they believe that it's impossible for them to lose weight, or they believe it's not safe to be sexy. They have this. There is some interesting dynamic with for us women where we feel that if we keep weight on, and there's research that shows this, if we keep weight on, we're safe. Just like where I live in northern Minnesota, and we're gonna be experiencing 60 below wind chills coming up. Our animals that live outside, they begin to put a layer of fat on. So, like our cows, our cattle, they're putting or our horses, they literally put on layers of fat to protect themselves throughout the winter months. And we women will purposely put on fat to keep ourselves safe because we believe it's not safe to be in a body that is attractive, that men will look at, that men will find admirable or sexy. So, for instance, one woman that came to me, every single time she got to, she wanted to lose 60 pounds. That was her goal. She knew she needed to lose more, but she was set on 60. When she got to 57 pounds of weight loss, I celebrated her heart. I was like, oh my gosh, look at this. It was 57 pounds. I was so proud of you. She started ghosting me and she ghosted me for two weeks. She didn't log her food, she didn't do her workouts that I'd created for her. She did nothing. I she ghosted me. I she wouldn't answer my messages. All of a sudden, two weeks to the date, she comes back and says, Coach, I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened. It's just that I I just didn't feel I could do this anymore. I just gave up. I threw in the towel and I said, You know what? Sometimes that happens. We got to do that. We go through this, there's a reason. So we get back started. She loses, starts losing. She loses 58 pounds. So I'm boom, she gets that 58 pound weight loss mark. I celebrate her heart. Same damn thing happens. Ghosts me. This time she ghosts me for a week and a half, comes back, same thing. So I realized there was something internally happening. We had some beliefs that were sabotaging her. So we get back started. This time when she had gotten to the 59-pound mark, I didn't celebrate her. I asked her to get on a one-on-one Zoom session with me so that we could have a conversation. And I started to ask questions. And as soon as I said, you know, I want you to know that you've lost 59 pounds now. I saw the blood drain out of her face. I saw her start to go into like a sweaty panic. And I realized she wanted to be done. She wanted to get off the call. So I started to dig with questions and drop in and ask more questions. And all of a sudden, she said, Oh my God, do you know what happened? I said, Well, how about you tell me what happened? She said, Three years ago, I had lost 60 pounds and I went out with my girlfriends to celebrate this. And I wanted to leave early, and they didn't want to leave. And I left the bar and grill that we were at. And in the parking lot, I was grabbed in the middle of the night and I was raped by the garbage, the dumpster. And she then correlated that losing weight beyond 60 pounds, 60 and beyond, was dangerous. So when she heard 57, her brain instantly went in to say, girl, you got three pounds till you're at 60 and you meet danger. Danger is going to meet you at your doorstep. Better not do it. So she purposely sabotaged herself to make sure that she then gained more weight. So she was further away from the 60-pound mark and that she was safe. So we will purposely keep ourselves safe so that we don't have a past occurrence that we're not recalling. Some of these situations, Sarah, they come from past lives or pass down generationally. It could be our great-great-great-great-grandma that went through something traumatic and it's come down through the lineage, and we feel fear around it, and we have no idea. We have no idea why we're terrified. So those are some common things when it comes to the body in success is one fear of our voice being heard. We're scared of being a woman that steps into a space that takes the power or shows up strong because we're horrified at the potential of what might happen to us, what we might lose, the judgment or the pain. So often it's the fear and the pain that we're scared of and who we will lose if we lose weight, if we become successful, or and this always breaks my heart, and I've experienced it so much, if we're happy. Right? So I'm guessing you can relate to this, and many of your listeners probably are relating to this. And I think it goes across probably men and women. I'm not sure. I've noticed it more in women that when we're happy and somebody in our life isn't happy, like my entire heart chakra is swelling right now in like panic as I talk about it. If we're happy and somebody we love comes home and isn't happy, we start to feel guilty that we're happy and we will purposely make ourselves unhappy. We will do something to like cause what we were just excited about to just fall apart. I've canceled sessions that I was so excited about, I've canceled it. I've come up with some reason that I couldn't do it. Canceled it. Just because I was so happy about it and my husband was having a bad day. Not his fault, my programming that made me do that.

Yeah. I've I've I've that that definitely resonates with me. So many times I've recalled that I've been having a good day, and then somebody, whether it's been in a distant past or recently, would be having a bad day, and then they get into my energy field, or you know, they come home or whatever, and they're in a pissy mood because they have a bad day, and then they come in with an attitude, and my good day just turned to shit in a handbasket. And I'm like, what in the hell is your problem? You know what? This is unacceptable. Goodbye, tooddly-doo, and I yeah. What does it mean to truly reinvent your life from the inside out?

SPEAKER_02

So much of what we're already talking about is just releasing those limiting beliefs, those negative emotions, energetically unblocking yourself. So we have energy within us that's negative energy that's either stagnant, it's our own energy from trauma, addictions, passed on generationally, past lives, that becomes, I just I look at it, I think the easiest way for me to understand it and explain it is that it hardens. It's like energy that starts to block. Much just like somebody has a heart attack, it's because you have plaque buildup in your arteries and you don't get blood flow into your heart. When we don't have energy flow through our entire body, this is going to cause energy blockages. And so that starts to cause dis ease overall physically, but it starts in our spiritual body. So we have four bodies that I work with personally, and that's our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. And when we have energy blocks, it starts to affect us in the spiritual. And it's not until we get to the physical that we're aware of it. And so that's when we start having high blood pressure, we high cholesterol, cancer, diabetes, mental health, depression, anxiety, these things start to surface physically, but they have been with us for a long, long time because we have this energy block. So could be stagnant energy, could be imprints being passed down generationally, past lives, this lifetime, could be discarnate energy, which is a past life that has not crossed over. They had a traumatic life, they were high into addiction potentially, and they feel like their life purpose hasn't been completed. So they're not, they won't cross over. And they'll take up, I call it residency in a living being, most often empaths, and they'll live out their life purpose through a living being. So we want to release these things out, and then also foreign energy comes from medications, comes from fluoride, things like that, radiation. Releasing that out opens the flow of our body to give that ease and flow so that we have full energy flowing through our body. And when we can fully release that out, that whole our life transforms as a whole. Because mentally, emotionally, spiritually, our bodies are healthy, our aura is healthy, our energetic field, we're fully authentic. It really comes down to being our authentic selves and stepping into our authentic space, allowing our voice to be heard, allowing our true emotions to be felt, allowing ourselves to show up as who we are without trying to hide the truth of us and blending in. We we stand out. That's how we fully shift our entire life and transform it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, exactly. Um, what is one truth every woman needs to hear right now?

SPEAKER_02

Oh my God, you are not an accident. You absolutely were created for a specific reason, and you have a calling. We all have a calling. Everybody's purpose is to come here and make this earth a better place. That's our purpose. It's all one and the same. And we all have a calling. And so often we women get caught up thinking, yes, but I am not this vice president, I'm not a CEO, I'm not an entrepreneur, I'm not this. And we think that we have to have this big ass, glamorous title tied to our name in order to be something or somebody. There have been women that I know that were stay-at-hand, stay-at-home moms that made the most gigantic impacts in the world. Literally, they knew their calling was to be a stay-at-home mom doing what they did, and they shifted the world being themselves. We all, if that's what women need to hear, is that you matter. You matter, your voice matters, and nobody, nobody in your life gets to tell you that you're not good enough. Nobody in your life gets to tell you that you sit in the corner and that it's better for you to be seen and not heard. Nobody has the right to tell you that you don't get to be happy, that you don't get to choose success, that you can't lose weight, nobody gets to tell you how you have to live your life. You get to choose to live your life the way that you want to. And while I know that it feels impossible and you have no idea how to make that happen, that's what the reality feels like right now. I can promise you that if you start doing the internal work, if you start to listen to the podcast, if you start listening to the motivational videos, if you start reading, going to social media and filtering out the negativity and start shifting even your social media platforms of only allowing yourself to see the positive and putting yourself, I mean, go look at puppies all day long. If that, if you love puppies, or if you love kitties or baby elephants, whatever it is, look at that all day long and start rising, raising your frequency, and you'll start to call in the people and the situations that are gonna help you to move through the situation that right now feels impossible. There's no such thing as impossible. Everything is figure outable. Perfect.

SPEAKER_00

What are some signs a woman is living out an expired identity?

SPEAKER_02

When she's showing up, being who she's been for forever, she feels like she's stagnant. She feels like life is just in a typical pattern, a cycle. She's waking up doing the same thing every single day. She does the same thing throughout the day. She goes to bed doing the same thing. She's unhappy, she's miserable, she's numb. She laughs because she thinks she's supposed to laugh. She does what everybody else wants her to do. She's the yes girl or the okay girl. When people ask her, do you want to go out? Sure. Where do you want to go? I don't know. Where do you want to go? I want to go to Hardy's. I don't know why that came to mind. But she'll say, okay, Hardy sounds good. And in her heart, she's like, I don't fucking like Hardy's. I haven't liked Hardees for fucking 55 years, but we'll go to Hardy's because you want to go to Hardee's. That is an exact situation where they're living out life in these identities that have become outdated. And they're also just living the mundane and accepting less than they're worthy of, less than what makes them happy. And they're living their life through everybody else's vicariously through everybody else's happiness. Those are some really strong examples of it. There's so many more, and each is individual. Every woman is individual, but I think that those are the prominent ones that all of us women that have been stuck in those outdated identities can really resonate with.

SPEAKER_00

How do you help women find the courage to leave what no longer aligns with them?

SPEAKER_02

It starts internally, it starts with unraveling from Being who they've always been. If you want to become somebody different, you have to let go of who you've been so you can step into being who you need to be to get to that level. That's the very first start of it. And I can only do so much. I can help, right? I always say, I will give you the tools. I will give you the belt and then I'll begin giving you the tools, but I need to count on you to go into that tool belt and take those tools out and use them. And so it's through the work that I do, through the affirmations. I love using the visualizations, affirmations, meditations at the start because I start to help women feel differently in their body. I begin to bring them home and to feel things that they've not felt in a very long time. They start to realize that they can feel more and they start to understand the emotions that they have. So I do a lot of internal family systems work as well, where we go in and we experience the parts within. What's that emotion that you're feeling? What does it need you to know? What do you need to do in order for it to feel safe? These are all beginning stages of helping women realize holy shit, that's what happiness feels like. Oh my gosh, this is what it feels like when you feel confident. I give them these little windows of opportunities to experience it, and then they begin to settle into it and allow it to happen for them through their determination and decision and consistency to make it happen. Perfect.

SPEAKER_00
