Cord-Cutting Meditation: Reclaim Your Peace & Release Past Attachments

In this gentle and grounding guided meditation, you’ll be invited to release the energetic ties, mental loops, and emotional attachments that are keeping you connected to a relationship, story, or experience that no longer supports your peace.

This isn’t about erasing love, rejecting the past, or forcing yourself to “move on.”
 Instead, it’s an intentional practice of honouring what was, reclaiming your energy, and choosing freedom — so you can return to yourself with clarity, strength, and calm.

Together, we’ll:

  • Create a space of safety and inner stillness
  • Identify the emotional or energetic connection that feels heavy or draining
  • Visualise and gently dissolve the cord that binds you
  • Call your power and presence back home to your heart
  • Close the practice with peace, gratitude, and self-compassion
