This is a different kind of episode but one that I am oh so excited for!
In this episode I invite you to take a few moments to yourself, as I share one of my poems with you in a meditative way. it is something new that I am trying so please do let me know if you like it.
I haven't really given this poem a name and often its not something I do, as I don't sit down to create these things they more so just come to me if that makes sense.
Writing is something that anchors me through challenging times and I find using words in this way just helps me to process.
This poem is essentially about the rollercoaster that is life and the constant transitions between the ups and downs, along with the undercurrent of uncertainty that flows through it.
I won't say too much more but I do hope that you enjoyed this and I really hope to share my poetry more in this way going forward.
