Networking for Introverts

Janine is the founder of the Female Business Network, and supports quietly-confident women in business to be visible, build genuine relationships and grow their businesses. With a focus on friendly, supportive networking for introverted and quieter business owners, Janine hosts online and in person meetings and events to bring female owners together, increase their connections and grow their businesses in a way that works for them.

Janine has been hosting networking meetings since 2018, and has grown her business to include online and in-person networking groups across the UK.  Introvert-friendly, and non-sale-sy, Janine champions conversation, connection, friendship and relationship building in her networking approach. 

Janine also provides business mentoring, guest speaking and courses to encourage and support people to network and build their businesses in a way that aligns with them. She is also the co-founder of the Female Business Festival and Female Business Awards, which were both founded in 2021. The festival is  designed to support women to learn, connect and grow with motivational and inspirational speakers and activities. The awards are about celebrating the hard work, effort and achievement that female small business founders have.

A Mum of 2 teenage boys, originally from Cornwall but now living in Manchester, Janine is also an introvert and can be a bit of a homebody and loves walking her cockapoo Arlo, as well as travel, dining out, gin, prosecco and coffee!
