I’ve worked in large chains and ran small ones, sold frappes, blenders and syrups.

Opened and sold an acclaimed coffee bar and roastery. 

Volunteered as the UK SCA chapter co-ordinator and judged filter coffee all over Europe. 

Now I for work in QC for a green coffee company and social enterprise. 

Pedro Echavarría runs Pergamino Coffee Company in Colombia with his brother, Leonardo Henao Triana. The Echavarría family has been in the coffee business for almost 40 years.
