Katie Stoll, a certified genetic counselor with over 20 years of experience and is executive director of GSF.  She oversees all programs, including the provision of comprehensive genetic counseling services, focusing on supporting individuals and families through complex health decisions. Committed to patient-centered, evidence-based care, informed by the lived-experience, Stoll advocates for best practices through presentations at national conferences, publications in professional and popular media, leadership on national genetic guidelines and policies, and in every individual patient interaction. 

Stephanie Meredith DrPH is Development Director at Genetic Support Foundation and director of the Lettercase National Center for Prenatal& Postnatal Resources. Since 2008, Dr. Meredith has published nationally-recommended patient education resources for pregnant women and offered training and presentations for medical professionals about how to sensitively deliver a genetic diagnosis. She is also the mother of an adult with Down syndrome. She regularly facilitates collaboration between disability and medical organizations through national medical and advocacy conference presentations and medical outreach training for patient advocacy organizations.
