P.S. Here's what the research shows:
⚡️ Mental practice alone improved muscular strength by nearly 24%, compared to 28% for physical training (Cleveland Clinic Foundation / Dr. Guang Yue, Neuropsychologia, 2004)
⚡️ Athletes who practiced psychological skills training performed significantly better under competitive pressure than those who did not (Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Vealey, 2007)
⚡️ Up to 90% of athletic performance is attributed to mental factors, according to coaches and athletes surveyed across high school and collegiate sports (National Alliance for Youth Sports)

Coaches, if you've ever wanted to incorporate mental training in your high school program, but you're not really sure where to start, and you don't have a lot of time, and you don't wanna go back to school to become a mental performance coach or a sports psychologist, then this episode is for you. I'm pulling back the curtain on our mental training program specifically for high school coaches called Plug and Play Elite Mental Game for Teams. This is what I use with my own high school volleyball team. I've been doing it for about six years, and I make it super simple for you. Literally plug and play. And if you are like,"Okay, that sounds great, but how does it actually work? How much time does it take? What do I, what do I need to do?" This is the episode that will answer all of those questions for you. So I go and share my screen. I show you what the program is. I show you how to log in. I show you how easy the videos are to use with your team, the facilitation guide, everything that's included. So this is for you, coaches, if you have been searching high and low for something easy to allow your athletes to learn the skills that they need to get over mistakes fast, to deal with pressure, to show up confidently. If you have ever said to yourself,"I don't know what team is gonna show up tonight, and I don't know what to expect," if you've ever seen your athletes unravel under the pressure of match point, or watched a momentum swing go in the opposite direction, and then your team kinda falls apart, if you've ever thought,"They have a lot of talent and a lot of potential, but it's their confidence or their mental game holding them back," then this is the thing that solves it for you. So without further ado, I will allow you to listen to this little behind-the-scenes look. There's also some coaches on this call asking some really great questions, so all of those will be in here as well. If you have a question on top of that, feel free to comment, or feel free to reach out to us, DM us at Coach Your Game, or email at hello@elitecompetitor.com. We are here to answer all of your questions. Hello, hello. Hey, coaches. I'm gonna do a little overview of what Plug and Play is, and then I will share my screen. Plug and Play Elite Mental Game for Teams is essentially our mental training curriculum best suited for high school coaches to use with their teams. Now, we've had plenty of club coaches use it as well. We've also had college programs use it, middle school programs as well. we just find it's best suited for kind of the high school setting because of the, the fact that you do need some sort of classroom setting or some, some way to play the videos for your team, which typically high school programs have that capacity. Club programs do, from time to time as well. And if you do coach a club team and you're wanting to use this, then we can chat about how to use it for your club team. this is also what I use with my team, so with my high school volleyball team that I've been coaching for... Been at the same school for about 12 years. We started doing this eight years ago. so it's really, it's, like, just ingrained in what we do in our program. So I'm gonna break down what it is. Basically, the first thing that your athletes learn inside- Plug and play is their snapback routine. So you've heard me talk about this a lot. This is a way for them to get over mistakes and get back in the present moment fast. I typically find, and this was the case for me too, that coaches are saying they get in their heads after a mistake or a run starts to happen, you know, from the other team. Momentum starts to shift. They start to get down, and then they can't get out of their own heads. And the snapback routine is the fastest and easiest skill for athletes to learn, uh, to get them out of that spiral quickly. So that's actually the first skill that we front load in the program. That, along with the rest of our mental performance system, this is the mental training system that, is used across the nation from high school programs, but also we have an individual mental training program that athletes and parents are a part of. so they, they invest as a, a family instead of in a team setting. And so we've had thousands of athletes use that as well. and so that curriculum is what your players get access to. And then the racing elite competitor's resource kit. So we talk a lot about parents and kind of what their role is in all of this, and I find it's best when they're on the same page as you are. So we give you resources to give them. okay, so the snapback routine, I already kind of went over this. This is something that athletes love, uh, because they don't want to spiral after mistakes. They want a way to get back, so you actually are giving them, like, a tangible skill to do that, uh, through the program. And then the core performance system, the rest of the mental training curriculum is packaged in a way that just makes it really easy for you as a coach. You don't have a lot of time, neither do I. Uh, you're probably not looking to go back to school to become a sports psychologist or a mental performance coach. Some of you might. Like, that's what I did. But it took a lot of time and money and effort to do that. This makes it so you can literally just plug and play, and they get these sports psychology skills and these mental performance tools that will help them under pressure, help them deal with the normal parts of being an athlete. So we call those the confidence performance accelerators. It's just like college athletes, Olympic athletes use, but digestible for high school and college athletes. the high performance game plan is part of our curriculum, too. So this is, like, pre-performance routines. If you were on our training this week, we talked about, like, finding your hype number and your, pre-game routine to get you there. Same thing with post-competition routines, because the negative will always stick out, and it's not to say that we can't improve, like, there's not areas that we need to improve from game to game, but a lot of athletes will beat themselves up over all the things that went wrong, and that's the only thing that's sticking in their brain. So we give them a good process to, process what happened so that they can actually be productive and practice the next day and work on it instead of just beat themselves up. Uh, the mental edge toolkit is also part of this curriculum. So this is teaching athletes how to overcome things like perfectionism, comparison- Disappointments, like all the things that happen to them in their sport. And then you also get access to our visualization vault within the program, so I'll show you that in a second. Essentially, visualization is a big part of our program. It's a really useful tool that athletes can use. There's a lot of research around cognitive rehearsal and performance. And so you get access to the vault. There's a few ways that you can, distribute these to your athletes. You can play them, so if you have, like, a speaker, you know, that, or just as you're showing the lessons, you can play them for your athletes, and they just, you know, close their eyes, and I'm the one doing the visualization for them. You can read the script. So scripts are included, so as a coach if you want to, you can read the script out loud, and you can be the one doing the visualization. Or they can actually get them all downloaded to their phones. So we have a way within the program for them to get all the visualizations just straight to their phones, and they can listen to themsome- themselves. And it's a good way for them to have that so that they can listen, on their own. You know, like, at night. They- we have some relaxation visualizations or, like, you know, before a game, when they're by themselves. So they have them all on their phone. okay. The re- the parent resource kit that I was talking about, that's kind of the third piece to the program. We give you resources to give your parents. So we draft an email for you, we include a parent training, we include our 25 key phrases, links to our podcast, YouTube channel, all of these things so that your parents can be on the same page as you are when it comes to this side of the game. It also is t- it- we, we really, like, we teach them how to not screw up their kid's sports training. Because a lot of times you're like,"Oh, my God, y- you know, why are you saying that to them?" You know? They're like,"You're making things worse." And so this teaches them really how to be that sports parent that is supportive and not overstepping, and not, you know, as I said, just making it really hard for, for your athlete. So we give you all of those resources, so that your parents are equipped. And I said this yesterday, like, doing work like this, on the mental side of the game is a, is a huge value add to your program. and it w- it is something that makes you stand out as a coach and as a program, that you don't just talk about how important the mental side of the game is or, you know, uh, you can talk about it all you want, but if you're not actually doing something to train it, then it doesn't mean anything. This is like you are actually doing something to train the mental side of the game, and most parents, I will say that my parents in my program are so thankful that their kids are getting resources like this. Because they're probably, uh, I know for sure, that they're telling their athletes things like, like,"Just be confidence, or confident," or,"Stop beating yourself up," or all of these things, and they're not listening to their parents. They're like,"Stop." Roll your- they're rolling their eyes, you know? And so parents are like,"I'm so glad that you are actually doing this," because they're, they will listen to you. Okay. And here is kind of how the program actually is facilitated. All right? It's very simple for a reason. so you gather your team. I typically do this one day a week in the more of a formal setting. Uh, we call it, like, Mind Gym or Mindset Mondays, where I get my team together- I have a way to play the videos in my gym, but, other, other coaches have used, like, classrooms or sometimes you, uh I've seen coaches just, like, set up their laptop and, and put it on a chair. I- if you have a big team, then I wouldn't do that. But, for me, I do this program-wide. So, I have three to four teams on any given season, so that is about 36 to 48 girls. And so, I do it as a full program. And so, we play the short three to 15-minute trainings. It's all planned out for you. I'll show you the behind the scenes in a second. where it's like, okay, day one, play this video. Day two, play this video. and you know exactly how much time is carved out for them. I like to also preload a little bit at the beginning of the season. I have more time with my athletes built in, in the first couple of weeks of season. So, like, we do, like, some Saturday practices and things like that. And so, I do longer workshops. and when I say longer, I mean it's, I don't know, 30, 30 to 45 minutes where I'm really laying the foundation for things like the snapback routine and the three, two, one brave, which is our daily mindset routine. So that during the season as things get crazy, as they do, it's a little bit more tapered off. And I still will do Mindset Mondays, but it'll be shorter. I'll play just like a five-minute video or something. and then three, two, one brave. So, that's our daily mindset routine before every practice. That takes about seven minutes. And as long as I'm dialing that in, I find that that routine is enough to make sure that they're getting their minds right before practice. So anyways, essentially you gather your team, you play the videos for them. You have a coach facilitation guide that I have created for you to lead them through short discussions. so my goal is that you don't have to prep. That you can A lot of coaches do like to dive in and see like, okay, what are my athletes gonna learn and all of this. But you could literally roll in and be like,"Okay, we're gonna play this video," and then the discussion question is also just right there for you embedded in the video, so that you can lead a discussion afterwards. Your team leaders could also be the ones leading the discussion. I do recommend that as a coach, you're part of things, meaning you're not just, like, leaving the room, and being like,"Okay, this is you," because it shows that this is important if you are actually gonna be present and take the time to, to do this for them. but the discussions don't have to be necessarily led by you. You could have your team leaders, do things. I like to break off to just varsity to do this, to do, like, the reflection part of it. And an example of that would be, you know, they're learning their snapback routine, and they're gonna share out what their reset word is. Okay, so what's everybody's reset word? You could have I might do my whole varsity team sharing in a circle about what their reset word is and what that means to them. for other questions, you might do, like, a, uh, a partner share. You know, like, you know, go, go with your elbow partner and share what the answer to this discussion question is. Or, like, in a group of three or, you know, in your position group. So, there's different ways that you can facilitate that discussion piece of it. Depending on how much time you have as well, if you want everyone to share or if you want them to share in little small groups. And when I say the share and the reflection, I think this is important because it also is aiding in some team bonding. You know, you're, when you hear your teammate share that, like, a situation that kind of throws me off in a competition is when I feel like everybody's mad at me you know, that's- that's vulnerable. And that, you know, vulnerability leads to trust. And, they're like,"Oh, wow. You know, I didn't know that about you," or,"That's how I feel, too." You know, so there's a lot of shared experience that comes when athletes are sharing, okay? And then athletes go on to practice and they use their skills. They use them in competition. You have some tips in your resource guide on, like, how to reinforce things, and there's some other, like, fun team bonding stuff that you can do, as well. It- it's totally optional, but it's there for you, okay? I shared this on our training as well, but just kind of like how this, how the timeline would look in your season. Uh, within the first week, you as a coach are gonna be like,"Finally. Finally, I don't have to, like, pull together a bunch of random resources that I'm finding from a bunch of different coaches and things like that, or podcasts or trainings." Like, this is all for you. It's proven. It's proven from me, proven from hundreds of- of coaches who have used it. It's not something that you have to, like, cobble together, okay? Just like, one of a coach, a coach that emailed me this week was like,"I've been just searching so long for a program like this. Like, I'm so thankful that I get to have and see the ins and outs of yours." within the first week, you're gonna have your team together and you're going to introduce it. I give you scripts on how to introduce what you're about to do, but you also don't need to worry too much about that because I do a lot of that through the intro. I frame this as like, this is your team's competitive advantage. this is how you're going to, like, actually set yourself apart as a competitor and as a team this season. So typically they see that and they're like,"Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah, yes. I want that." And so you'll introduce it within the first week. Within the first week you might also be introducing the snapback routine and t- you know, these tools are gonna start to land. within the first three weeks though, your athletes should have their snapback routine and you should be implementing something called the 3, 2, 1 Brave. So that is like the daily mindset routine, so athletes are kind of getting into the habit of what that means for them. 3, 2, 1 Brave, as I said, is the daily mindset routine that we do before practice. So athletes learn it through a little like 15-minute workshop in Plug and Play, and then the implementation of it is pretty simple. how it looks in my gym is I have everybody come in to the gym and they have, I use a whiteboard and I put my pre-practice on the whiteboard. So I'm not really like, they know exactly what to do. They come in and they get a ball and they do what they're supposed to do. For their pre-practice that day. I let them do pre-practice for about 15 minutes. and then I bring everybody together, and we do our three, two, one brave. So they come with a journal. I usually buy, I buy, like, them just composition notebooks at the beginning of the season. They don't need to have anything more than that, so a notebook and a pen. The three is three affirmations, so they're writing down their three affirmations every single day, and those are found through the workshop. You can't just, like, pull random affirmations out of the air and expect that's gonna, like, do anything, okay? So they're writing those down. Two minutes of journaling. So either just free write, get whatever's on your mind out before practice. I like to prompt it. I give you journal prompts in the facilitation guide, though, too. But I like to kinda see, like, what's going on with my season, what's going on this week. it's also a good opportunity for them to, provide, like, evidence that what they're doing is working. So I'll have them recall a situation in the past week where you were frustrated, but you came back and were composed, or recall a situation in the last game where you used your snapback routine and it worked. And so this is a, this is a very intentional mindset of like,"Oh, I am proving that this is working." now three, two, one. One stands for one thing you're grateful for, so they write down something they're grateful for that day, and then one piece of evidence that one of their affirmations is coming true. So out of their three affirmations, what is, like, a little piece of evidence that that is coming true? So one of their affirmations might be like,"I'm a strong, connected leader on my team." And maybe their evidence is like,"Last practice I spoke up when I saw a drill not going well, and, you know, I used my leadership voice to, to say something." So that would be good evidence. So that starts to happen about, you know, three weeks into the season. Uh, midway to the season, like, they're getting the routine. They, they understand, like, this is what we do, mindset is part of, of, of what we do every single day. And then as we head into the postseason, that's when, And hopefully your team is being tested before the postseason, too. But, you know, postseason comes with a lot of pressure and a lot of moments, and a lot of opportunities to use their skills, and this is where I love getting messages from coaches that are like,"Oh my gosh, we were able to stay composed in really strong, like, tough pressure situations." I love what Angie said. She said this just recently, that their team was state champs, h- first high school state championship. and she said,"I can't say enough about Plug'n Play. It's been great for skill, but also for life." then we had Jay, who is the coach of a women's football team, that said that they also were champs of their, province with a 15-14 victory using the snapback routine in those moments where it matters. So this is where I'm like,"Okay, this is awesome." now I'm not guaranteeing, like, state championships, but it won't hurt you. I will tell you that. It will not hurt you. Okay. So everything that is included inside the Plug'n Play curriculum, you have the core performance system, which these are, in the, the short videos that you show for your team. The Raising Elite Competitors Resource Kit we have that bonus from JP Nervin, who is one of the best in the businesses when it comes to developing culture. And so he has a mini training inside Plug'n Play for you that he's, developed for our Plug'n Play coaches about how to establish culture, uh, with your team and how to set those expectations. Same thing with Betsy Butterick. So I love her work. I love just her reframes that she has around language and coaching. And so she has a bonus in there for you as well all around how to connect and coach Gen Z athletes. And then the other thing I'm really excited about is our coaching membership. So this is called the Championship Program Mentorship with me. it's our private community of coaches. I'll show you kind of what that looks like. But we hop on a live call every month. I give you a template every month on how to build your program. So last month we actually talked about, summer camp planning and, like, here's my templates for all my summer camp planning, and you can use all of it. You can use my flyer, put it in your own Canva. this month we are transitioning to one-on-one meetings and how I do a one-on-one bi-weekly meeting cadence, what questions I ask, all the templates for that. and so it's a really great place to connect with other coaches, get resources. I mean, our community is popping every day. People are asking questions that are like, you know, they're crowdsourcing. Like,"How do you do this? How do you do that?" Or,"I have this parent issue, how would you handle this?" Where you can get real, real answers. Okay. let's see here. And as you, as I go, if you have any questions, make sure you ask,'cause that's what this is here for. Okay, I'm gonna give you a little behind the scenes of... I'm gonna show you what the program actually looks like. So ch-ch-ch. Okay, when you log in to Plug'n Play, so you will get your own login when you join. This is what your dashboard looks like, okay? So what you do, you can literally... This is called, like, our Netflix view of things, but you can literally just go to Start Here. This is for you as a coach, just kind of some onboarding things, you know, an overview. This is where you can download your facilitation guide. We have workbooks for athletes in there, but for most programs, it's not really feasible to print, you know, 50 workbooks. y- if, if that is feasible for you, we've had coaches, like, send them off to FedEx, and then your athletes will have a workbook that they can follow along, but you don't need it. I'd actually don't even do that. So I just have the blank notebook, and they follow along. but all this start here section is just orienting you as a coach. Then when you're ready to, when you're ready to get your team together, here's where you do it. Okay? first, let me see. Uh, this other view right here on the left-hand side is also a great place to navigate things. So this is where you can see like, you know, all of your coach resources, the intake, well, intake surveys, information for us. But if you need to add additional coaches to your program, overview, facilitation guide, how to schedule things out, in your season, this is where I provide my plan on like if you want to do it 30 minutes a week, this is your plan for that. FAQs, this is your parent resources that you can send to your parents. and then once you're ready to show your, to get your team together, you just play the first video. So you click on it and you press play. Okay? Welcome athletes to The Elite Mental Game. I'm Co- So that is how it works. So they're watching this, and then here is the discussion afterwards, okay? That you will ask your team or your team leaders can ask your team. As soon as you're done, you'll move to the next one, okay? And you will press play. It's time to release your inner elite competitor. Okay? So that is what your team would watch, and then this is what the discussion is afterwards. I'll show you the plan. Okay, so if you want to, like follow a plan, if you're like,"Just tell me what, what to do," this is what we've created for you. If you're like,"Okay, I've got 30 minutes a week," then this is what you can follow. So for example, the, you would play like the mental game is the game and release your inner, inner elite competitor, and that would be about 22 minutes that you would be doing with your team. Okay? And then to introduce a snapback routine, this would take about 25 minutes. All right. So you can see like, okay, this one's 14 minutes, I'll play that today. and that is just what you can follow if you want something really simple to, to guide you throughout. Let's see. Go back. Okay, so that is what it looks like, when it comes to the curriculum and what you play for your team. You go through, here's phase one. Okay? Now only do this section if you're in your off-season, obviously. Okay. phase two, you go through that. Okay. Phase three, phase four, and phase five. Now, when I was talking about the visualization vault, this is where you can access that. So all... If you want, here, I'll show this in a different view here. Okay, so if you want to go to all the guided visualizations- Okay, this is where you can play them for your team. But you can also, when you click on one, there is also a script in here. where did the script go for this one? Hmm, hmm-hmm. Okay, I'll have to find... Oh, right here. so on the top, if you press download, you can, play it for your team, you can read the script, or, it says in the, inside the curriculum, your athletes can, it gives instructions for this, can download them to their phone. So there's instructions on how to do that inside the program if you want your athletes to have these all, on their phone. Now, same thing with, uh, breathwork techniques. So we talk about breathwork as a way to regulate their nervous system before they compete or if they're feeling like they need, you know, to relieve some stress. So those are all pulled out as well if you wanna play those for your team. These are great for, like, before a big competition. I, before, like, state and things like that, I get my team together in, uh, the, a, what, a room in the hotel or, like, the exercise room. I turn off the lights, and we'll do some of these breathing techniques, or I'll do, like, one of the, uh, progressive relaxation, visualizations as well. Uh, we also have some bonuses down here. So these are where, like, your coach bonuses from JP and Betsy are, but then we also have, the Rise Above Teammate Drama and Thriving Under Challenging Coaches little mini courses in there. We've got a workshop from a sports neuroscientist named Julia Eyre around pre-performance routines for anxious athletes, which is really amazing. I had Kim Hill come in, two-time Olympic volleyball player, and she did a whole workshop on authenticity in sports with athletes that was really phenomenal. And then we have a nutrition workshop as well from our sports dietician, Lindsay Cortez. So these are really good if you, like, just have extra time or you're traveling or, you know, you, you want... You need something, to fill some time. These are really good little workshops to give your athletes some additional skills. So that is what the curriculum looks like and where everything is housed for you, for Plug'n Play. I've got a few more things to show you, but I will pause right now to check if we have any questions so far on, how the curriculum works, how the program works, anything. Anything like that, go ahead and put those in the chat. As you are thinking about that, I'm going to show you one of our bonuses for joining before Monday is our championship program mentorship. So I'm gonna show you just how that, what that platform is. So you get three free months inside the mentorship. And this is one of my favorite things. We actually just created this in- December. And it has been so fun to be able to connect in this way with so many coaches. So everybody joins our private s- uh, community on our platform called School, and this is where, like, you can just ask questions, you can get support. So as you can see, coaches are asking things like, you know,"How do you handle a player who won't accept coaching decisions?""What do you do about stats and huddle?""Strength and conditioning,""practice plan templates,""varsity tryouts." Like, and coaches all, you know, chime in on what they do. I give feedback and coaching in here as well. So this is a great place just to go, like, you know, just for those questions that you're like,"What do you do?""What do you do about social media?""How do you deal with a coach who is young and they need mentorship?" You know, like, just those things that, like, they don't teach you when you become a coach. the other cool thing is that every month we drop a new template into our community, and what I mean by template is, uh, like this month, like I said, it was our kids camp and clinic playbook. So I give you my whole structure on how I run a kids camp, how I promote it, the flyers that I use. I also give me- my whole structure on how do you run an in-season kids clinic where you're connecting it to, like, a game where, you know, the kids can come to the game, which is different than, like, a kids camp in the summer. sponsor letter that you can copy and have, a plan that, you know, this is volleyball, but it can apply to any sports. And so every month you get a new template from me that you can have and use in your own program, and then we hop on a live call every month to go over it and create your own version, and also just go through some Q&A. in March, we had player role and impact plans. So you got, most of you got that free player impact plan for being on our training live. in March, we essentially built your own version of that, and like what are example player roles, what's example, you know, like playing time explanations. Uh, here's what the actual template looks like, and if you wanna modify it for your players, here's how you send it to their parents. here's what it looks like to do this preseason, during season, postseason. So all of that is all for you inside this mentorship. our calendar, our next live call is May 20th. That's where we're going over our player one-on-one meeting templates. in the classroom as well, we've got some bonus resources in here for you. So, w- we also have like JP and Betsy's things in here. captain selection playbook, like anything you can think of when it comes to how to run a program is in here. So that is what this is for, and you get three free months as a coach, inside our, inside this community. You can activate that anytime within the first year of being inside Plug and Play. and then if you wanna continue after the first three months that are free, it's$35 a month. So it's- intentionally lower price because I want as many coaches in here as possible getting resources and learning from each other, because nothing is original when it comes to coaching, and there's no reason that you need to reinvent the wheel on anything. So, when you join Plug and Play before Monday, you get three free months in here. And yeah, that's what this, this community is all about. I have, also my Her name is Stephanie. So she is my program operations, person, right-hand woman inside my volleyball program. So I, I hired her. She's a former, uh, parent of one of my players, and I hired her to I basically created all these templates, and I give them to her to execute and run. Now, I don't give her things like, you know, developing our core covenants and our leadership council and player meetings and things like that, but things like team dinners and road trips and even the kids camp, like planning and creating, like I give, uh, all to her. So if you have a team parent, it's also This is also really great. You can just like download the templates from here and give them to your team parent and be like,"Here's how you do it. Go do it." So anyways, that is what that is all about. And let's see. I think that's all as far as BTS, behind the scenes. Trying to think if there's other, other things. if you have questions, put them in the chat. I will But some of the common questions that I get asked about this, like do you do this with your full program, or do you do it just with your individual team? So as I mentioned, I like to do it full program, and then we break off by teams, but I also love the idea of just doing it with like, like team by team because it makes it a little more, a little more intimate. You know, if you're like just the varsity team together and just the JV and just the C team. So however you want to do it. Your license includes access for three coaches, including you, so you can add your JV coach, your C team coach in on that. We've also had full athletic programs adopt our curriculum, and they use it across all of their, sports programs. So if, you know, your AD is like,"Okay, we want to use this for softball, volleyball, and basketball," then those can be the three coaches that have access. If you need to add additional coaches, it's$50 extra per coach. So if you want to, like,"Okay, we want to add track in there and da, da, da." and so if you, if you need that, if you need information on that, it's actually during the checkout process. You can add coaches, but you can also always add coaches at any time. on that, if you are planning to utilize this with a boys sports team, we initially created this for girls sports teams. although the trainings and the visualizations are gender neutral, the images are all of female athletes. So we actually recreated the program to have a coed version. So- We have that. and if you want that added to your portal, just email us and let us know. So if you're like,"Well, you know, the boys basketball team is gonna use it," then they should use the co-ed version so they're not just all seeing images of girl athletes and they're like,"Uh, does this apply to me?" So, so absolutely if you're wanting to have this adopted across your whole, athletic program, that is something that has been done before. Uh, the other question I get a lot is, is,"Does this work with college programs?" And yes, we've had college programs use it as well. the strategies apply, and if anything it's more essential at the college level because of the pressure that they're under. I get the question a lot also on the other end, what about middle school athletes? The program and the content is applicable, but middle school can be a little bit more tricky because you have less time, things like that. But if you have the ability to show the trainings to your middle school athletes, then absolutely, like, definitely do it. club, this also works for club. The only thing is, you know, do you have a way to show the, the trainings to your athletes? Some club coaches, do, you know, a bi-weekly, like, Zoom meeting and they just share this via Zoom with the other athletes on, or they'll, like, have... They, they... Club coaches get really creative. If you don't have a facility that, like, has a way to show, some club coaches are like,"We do it, we actually, like, make it a fun night every other week and, you know, the players come over to my house and we do it on the screen." or,"We come to practice early and, and show it to them." So, there's a lot of different ways that club coaches can use this. if you're a club director, though, listening, and you want to, you're looking at the, at some sort of mental training for everybody in your club, reach out to us at hello@elitecompetitor.com. We partner with clubs to provide our individual program to athletes at a heavily discounted rate. But that's a little bit of a different scenario. So if you're a club director, reach out and we'll talk about what our partnership opportunities look like. Okay. Those are our common questions that I get. the other common one I get is, like, do, are players gonna, like, how are they gonna react to this when you show it to them? And I said this yesterday in our training, like, a lot of times I think as coaches we get in our own ways and we, we think we are the ones that are a little insecure about, like, introducing something new, and that is the thing that makes it hard f- on us, when in reality if you show up and you're confident and you're like,"This is what we're gonna do because we have big goals this season, and we can't just train them the physical, we've gotta also train the mental," then, like, they're gonna buy into it a lot better. Uh, I also make it easy for you. I'm the one that explains what this is all about. You don't have to be the one, like, fumbling through it, if you're thinking that you're gonna do that. and athletes are gonna respond to it a lot better than you think they are. So just know that. And it's easy for us as coaches to focus on the ones that maybe aren't- You know, like grasp me onto it and it's always the one that we are like,"You need this the most, and you're not." What the heck, you know? but if you focus on, like, the 90% that probably are invested and bought in, the feedback that I get from my players time and time again are like,"I'm so glad that we're doing something on the mental side." And they're so thankful that they actually have some skills. So I will say that they're gonna respond to it a lot better than you maybe think they are, if you're having any hesitations about that. All right, coaches. I think that's all I have, unless you have any other questions. if you have, if you do have questions, you can reach out at hello@elitecompetitor.com. So yeah, there you have it. have a great weekend, everybody, and I will, see some of you inside Plug and Play and inside our membership. And if, again, if you have any questions, you know how to get ahold of me. I'll see you later.
