Joy is dedicated to integrating sustainability as a value protector and value creation agenda to support organizations’ purpose and profit objectives, leveraging her extensive international P&L expertise in the luxury hospitality, retail, and consumer goods sectors and her MA in Sustainability from Harvard University.
As the Founder and CEO of the Crimson Impact Collective (CIC), Joy leads a training and consulting partnership comprised of Harvard-trained sustainability experts and practitioners across sectors and geographies. CIC’s mission is to elevate the strategic cognizance of sustainability starting at the board and C-suite/senior levels toward a more intentional approach that delivers impactful and value-creating solutions.
