Life: Vetted
Welcome to Life Vetted — I’m Ninfa Hernandez, and this is where real life gets unpacked. Think therapy meets storytelling… with a side of spiritual seasoning. I’m diving into the moments that broke me, built me, and taught me everything in between. It’s raw, it’s real, and yeah — sometimes it’s the stuff I’ve never even told my closest friends. If you’re into deep convos, wild lessons, and figuring it out one messy story at a time, you’re in the right place. Hit that subscribe — let’s get vetted.

Episode 21: Notes From A Theatre Kid - When The Illusion Breaks

This episode dives into the silence that speaks volumes — how Charlie Kirk’s assassination was ignored at the Emmys while other causes took center stage. As someone who grew up a theatre kid, I once believed the arts were the heartbeat of truth. But the deeper I go on this spiritual journey, the more I see how disconnected many of the people I once admired really are.
I unpack the disappointment of realizing that art doesn’t always equal integrity, and what it means to try and separate the art from the artist. I also share why I still want to break into that world — because it needs more real voices, more real stories, and more people unafraid to stand in truth. And yes, I’ll touch on why Pluto in Aquarius may just be the cosmic shift that allows exactly that.
